The ACDS Is referred as Army College of Dental Sciences in Secunderabad farm under the patronage of Army Welfare Education Society. This ACDS institute is affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (UHS), Vijayawada. In college, there is the total of 40 seats which 6 reserves for the select candidates from the DR. NTR UHS.
The remaining 34 seats will be given to the candidates selected via combined written admission test (CWAT will be held during the first week of May each year). Dr. NTR UHS has full right to cancel selected candidates admission if in case of violation. To apply candidates should be eligible, qualified, and secure good marks in entrance exams.

ACDS Application Form 2018
Application form will be available from the month of January or February and the Last date of receipt filled in application forms is 3rd week of March. The application form must download by the candidate and should be filled all details carefully in detail. Candidates have to fill the form as recommend along with prospectus. The prospectus contains all details with the centers with its code.
The application will be canceled if submitted after the due dates. Candidates are advised before filling application read all details carefully. After filling form upload your passport size photo.Candidates are provided details such as how to fill when to fill, where to fill etc details.
Candidates can pay application form fees through online and offline modes. Candidates have to pay application form fees according to their categories wise. Once payment is made through online or remitted, or by DD it will not be refunded back. Candidates are suggested to keep copies of ACDS filled an application form for future use.

 The application form along with DD for the amount of 800, drawn in favor of Army College of Dental Sciences, other proof related documents, acknowledgement card (with complete correct address of the candidate), and the envelope for admit card (with required postage stamp affixed to it) is sealed in another envelope and sent via register post or speed post, ten days prior to the deadline date in March 2018.
 It advises that a candidate does not use private courier services. The attestation of copies must done by a principal of the college/special executive magistrate/gazetted officer/headmaster of secondary school/staff at the college with a grade of a lecturer or above. The copies of attested documents to be enclosed within the envelope include:
 Certificate for age proof, as visible in the marks sheet from the Secondary Board of examination or any equivalent examination.
 Certificate proving the appearance for examination of 10+2/or any equivalent examination by the candidate.
 Marks sheet showcasing the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology(if available). Certificate for address proof. GAP affidavit. Undertaking by parents and students.

ACDS 2018 Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria are different for different courses. Below is given criteria of ACDS check full criteria given sometimes candidates fail to know criteria which affect them at the time of taking admission. All applier candidate must fulfill all criteria like candidates be at least 17 years of age, as on December 31st in the joining year
And should the dependent child of serving army personnel/eligible exarmy personnel/war widows. The exarmy personnel should have finished a continuous service of ten years before taking a discharge or release.
Below is given full eligibility criteria of ACDS:
 The candidate must be at least 17 years of age, as on December 31st in the joining year.
 The candidate must be a dependent child of serving army personnel/eligible exarmy personnel/war widows. The exarmy personnel must have finished a continuous service of ten years before taking a discharge or release.
 If the candidate is an adopted child of the army personnel he/she is eligible if the adoption was carried out five years earlier to seeking admission into the college.
 The candidate must have passed the PCB subjects in the twoyear intermediate course/BSc course/course equivalent from the Indian School Certificate/preprofessional course/premedical course/any other course which is equivalent to Intermediate science course covering Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, with a minimum aggregate of 50% in the first attempt.
Exam Pattern
From the syllabus, subjects candidates will be asked questions. From Botany 25 Marks, Zoology 25 marks and Chemistry 25 Marks etc questions will be asked in the entrance exam. The question paper will appear on Optical Markup Reader Answer Sheet or OMRAS which means online mode.
Which leads to Objective Type Multiple a question which is done Optical Scanners & computers. For every correct answer, a candidate will be awarded one mark. For incorrect answers, there is 0.25 marks deduction. Authority follows the computerbased evaluation of exam. Ensure to answer carefully in the OMRAS after that submit it.
ACDS Admit Card
Eligible candidates will be sent Admit Card for the entrance test by Registered Post at the address given by them on the application form. Candidates have to affix adequate postage on the envelope of admit card and also write their address clearly. All candidates will receive the Admit Card by mid of Apr.
Keep copies of hall tickets in case if hall ticket gets lost, miss placed etc To Download admit cards type correct detail on the web page. After downloading admits cards from website take a print copy of it and stick your passport size photos in specified place.

How to Download the Admit Card
Candidates can follow the given simple steps to download admit card/hall ticket:

 Log in by entering your Email ID, DOB & Roll No. or your Application Number & Verification Code.
 Click on ‘Submit’ button.
 Now, admit card displays on the screen.
 Download and take the printouts of admit card for further references.
ACDS Result
The ACDS will send candidates the results of first 600 successful candidates to all Command Headquarters and to the Headquarters conducting admission test. Candidates have to check their results on time in appropriate Headquarters on 1st week of Jun. Candidates will be Successful personally informed by post. Late receipt or nonreceipt of the results by post, for that college, will not take responsibility for it. The results will also be posted on college official portal (www.acds.co.in). Through online mode, candidate can download their results.
Selection Process
A merit list will be prepared according to the aggregate marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance test. Deserving candidates will be allotted seat in college. The decision of ACDS management regarding the preparation of merit list will be final and no arbitration in this matter will be accepted by them. call letter will be prepared those candidates who are eligible and qualified based on the correctness of certificates rendered by them. Actual admission into ACDS will be done only after physical verification of all the original documents at the time of Counseling. If any candidates submit false document their application will be direct canceled.
