ACET Exam PatternACET 2019 Sept. Session Result has been Declared on 21st September 2019. ACET is referred to as Actuarial Common Entrance Test it is a national level entrance exam. ACET 2019 exam is conducted by the IAI (Institute of Actuaries of India).

ACET 2019 June Session Result Date has been Postponed, Now Result has been Declared on 9th July 2019. To offer admission in Actuaries courses in India, IAI was established under the Actuaries Act 2006. Candidates can get the admission who are members of IAI. Admission will be given to candidates who score the qualifying marks in the entrance exam. ACET 2019 Important Dates

ACET 2019 Result

ACET 2019 Result has been issued within 20 days from the date of the exam. Candidates can check their performance on the IAI website. ACET 2019 Result has been Declared on 9th July  2019 for June Session & 21st September 2019 for Sep. Session. Candidates can download their results which have appeared on the entrance exam.

  • Candidates are informed that provided ACET 2019 result is valid only for three years from the result declaration date for taking student membership of IAI.
  • Candidates must keep print copies of the results for the admission process.

ACET Admit Card 2019

Candidates have appeared for ACET 2019 entrance exam at their center as mentioned on admit card. Authority will issue the ACET 2019 Admit card for April session has been released on 1st June 2019 and for September session 1st September 2019.

  • Get the ACET 2019 admit card through login details. Candidates can download their ACET 2019 admit card through online mode.
  • Candidates have to carry the admit cards along with the Government-issued photo Id proof (Aadhaar card, driving license, passport, voter ID card or PAN card), in original.
  • Candidates can carry 12th class exam hall ticket or college ID card having photo duly attested in original.
  • ACET 2019 Answer Key will be available after the Exam.

ACET Registration 2019

Candidates have to fill and submit the ACET 2019 application form before the due date as mentioned.  Keep copies of it for further reference.

Candidates must follow the guidelines given below to fill the ACET 2019 registration form.

  • ACET 2019 Sept. Session Registration has been started on 16th July 2019.
  • Candidates can be filled Application till 30th August 2019.
  • Registration of ACET 2019 application form can be done through online mode.
  • ACET 2019 Application form (for June Session) has been available from 20th February 2019 and the closing date of Registration is 15th May 2019 (Extended).
  • To fill form candidates to Sign Up’ on the official website and create an account.
  • After filling, application candidates have to upload the scanned image of the photograph (4.5 cm length x 3.5 cm width) in color.
  • Authority will send a confirmation mail to their registered email id mentioning the link to proceed further.
  • Keep copies of filled application form for further needs.

Registration Fees:

ACET 2019 Application Fees is Rs. 3,000/-. Candidates can pay application form fees by online mode. Once payment is made it will not be refunded back to any candidates.

  • The registration fee for the entrance exam will be  3,000/-. It covers the cost of one Sample Question Paper, Indicative Solution and Online Exam.
  • The registration fee can be submitted by Debit or Credit Card or Internet Banking.
  • The registration fee is not refundable, and it cannot be carried forward for the next ACET exam.

ACET 2020

ACET 2020 Exam is conducted by the IAI (Institute of Actuaries of India). Through this examination, applicants will get admission in Actuaries courses in India. In the Institute of Actuaries of India, admission will offer to the candidates as per their marks. The ACET 2020 Application Form will be started from 4th week of February to 3rd week of May 2020.

Eligibility Criteria 2019

A candidate needs to check full ACET 2019 eligibility criteria to apply for admission. Specific eligibility is mentioned to apply for ACET 2019.

Below we have provided the eligibility which is required to use for ACET 2019 courses.

  • Age Limit: There is no age bar to apply.
  • Qualifying Exam: Candidates those have completed or appeared in 12th class with English as one of the subjects from a recognized board can apply.
  • Degree holders in mathematical and statistical sciences are also expected to take this exam.
  • Appearing Candidates: The candidates those are still studying in 10+2 can also apply.

ACET Exam Pattern 2019

In the ACET 2019 exam question will consist of a total of 70 question which has to be answered in 3 hours.

Question asked will be in a multiple-choice question-answer format where candidates have to tick one correct answer from four or five given options provided.

Here, candidates can check the ACET 2019 exam pattern.

  • Mode of Exam: The exam will be of the Computer Based Test (online).
  • Type of Questions: The questions will be of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
  • Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be allotted for each correct response.
  • Negative Marking: For one mark question, 0.5 marks will be deducted, for two marks question, one mark will be deducted, and for three marks question, 1.5 marks will be deducted.
  • Duration of Exam: The questions paper will be of 3 hours.
  • Maximum Marks: The whole question paper will be of 100 marks.
  • Of Questions: Total of 70 MCQ questions will be asked.
  • Section-I: Mathematics, Statistics and Data Interpretation will contain 55% of the weight.
  • Section-II: English and Logical Reasoning will contain 45% of the weight.

    My son and daughter both is in class 12 at present.Would it be wise to choose the actuary path for their carrier at 10+2 stage.
    Going through the previous yrs ACET question papers they feel that it would be quite easy for them to crack.
    But would IAI select them if others are there with higher qualifications?
    Pl reply.
