AFMC MBBS Merit ListAFMC Nursing 2019 Interview has been Started on 7th May 2019AFMC (Armed Forces Medical College) is the premier medical college in India. Applications are invited from FEMALE CANDIDATES (only) for admission to 4 years B Sc. (Nursing) Course commencing in 2019 at Colleges of Nursing of Armed Forces Medical Services.

Candidates will be awarded admission in Colleges of Nursing based on the merit cum choice, subject to medical fitness and the vacancy in each College. The Selected candidates shall execute an Agreement/Bond to serve in the Military Nursing Service.

On successful completion of Nursing Training (4years), the candidates will be granted Permanent/Short Service Commission in the Military Nursing Service, under the Terms and Conditions laid down for grant of such Commission. They shall have to refund the Bond money as per the Bond executed in the event of withdrawal from the Course,

AFMC Nursing 2019 Result

Some important details regarding the AFMC Nursing 2019 result are provided below:

  • The AFMC Nursing 2019 result will be declared by the official authorities only through online mode.
  • Only the shortlisted candidates after the declaration of result will be called for participating in the further selection procedure.
  • The AFMC Nursing 2019 Result has been Declared on 26th March 2019. 
  • The candidates would require valid login credentials i.e. roll number and date of birth to check the result.
  • Candidates should also take the printout of the result to use it at the time of admission.

AFMC Nursing Admit Card 2019

AFMC Nursing 2019 Admit Card has been Available Now. On the official website, the AFMC Nursing admit card will be available for the candidates and those applicants have successfully submitted their application form, they can download the admit card through online mode. The admit card will provide to the candidates after a few days of submitting the application form. Candidates will not be able to enter in the examination hall without admit card.

AFMC Nursing 2020

AFMC Nursing 2020 Examination is conducted through Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune to offer admission to the applicants in 4 years B Sc. (Nursing) Course commencing at Colleges of Nursing of Armed Forces Medical Services. The AFMC Nursing 2020 Application Form will be available from 2nd week of November till the last week of November 2020.

AFMC Nursing Eligibility Criteria

AFMC has declared the separate eligibility criteria for AFMC Nursing admissions 2019:

  • Nationality – Candidate must be an Indian Citizen
  • Age Limit – Date of Birth – Between 01 Oct 1994 to 30 Sep 2002 (both days inclusive).
  • Educational Qualification- Candidates must have passed in the first attempt, Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or equivalent (12 Years schooling) examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology) and English.
  • Minimum Marks -Not less than 50% aggregate marks as a regular student from a Statutory / Recognized Board /University/ Examination Body.
  • Final Year Students – Candidates who will be appearing for the Final year of qualifying examination during the current academic session may also apply provisionally.

The candidates finally selected for the course will have to submit proof of passing the qualifying examination with requisite subjects and marks before joining the Course.

AFMC Nursing Exam Pattern 2019

  • Type of Questions: The questions will be asked as Objective Type questions.
  • Language: The medium of exam will be English only.
  • Subjects: The exam covers General English, Biology,
    Physics, Chemistry and General Intelligence subjects.
  • Exam Duration: Examination will be of 90 minutes.

Merit list of AFMC

AFMC final result cum merit list will be announced after the completion of the interview round. It will be released in the last week of August 2019 on the official website of AFMC. The final merit will be drawn based on NEET Scores + ToELR and Interview marks. Separate merit list will be prepared for boys and girls candidates. Admission will be provided to the candidates based on their merit.

AFMC Nursing Counseling 2019

Selection Procedure – Eligible applicants will be called for an objective type Written Test of 90 minutes duration likely to be held in Jan 2019, covering General English, Biology, Physics, Chemistry and General Intelligence. By merit of written Test, candidates will be called for interview during Apr 2019. Final selection will be based on the Combined merit of Written Test & Interview, subject to medical fitness and vacancy in each College.

Interview & Medical Examination: AFMC 2019 Counseling Interview has been Started on 7th May 2019 through Offline Mode. Merit listed candidates of Written Test will appear for Interview & medical examination at selected centers. Candidates declared FIT/UNFIT in the medical examination would be informed about their medical status by the President of the Selection Medical Board (SMB), including the procedure of requesting for APPEAL/REVIEW MEDICAL BOARD.
