AICE JRF/SRF 2023 Application Form has been Released on 22nd May 2023.  AICE JRF/SRF All India Competitive Examination is conducted through the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) to offer admission to the applicants in the Doctoral Degree Program & Award of JRF/SRF (PGS) to NTA.

The ICAR has 4 deemed universities, 50 institutes, and 17 national research centres for the candidates. It is an Exam Conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency). This examination is conducted every year to offer admission to candidates in various agricultural programs and interested and eligible candidates can fill out the application form online mode.

AICE JRF/SRF 2023 Application Form

The AICE JRF/SRF 2023 Application Form has been Released on 22nd May 2023. Those candidates are interested and eligible to get admission in the field of agriculture and allied sciences.

Applicants can fill the application form by following the procedures mentioned below.

• The AICE JRF/SRF 2023 Application Form has been Released on 22nd May 2023. 
• ICAR AIEEA 2023 Application Form can be filled till 16th June 2023.
• First of all, applicants should have to visit the official webpage of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).
• Candidates should have to register themselves by submitting the required details to fill out the application form.
• They should have to confirm their all details after filling in all the details in the application form.
• They have to upload the scanned images of the Candidate’s Photographs (between 10 kb – 200 kb) and the Candidate’s Signature (between 4 kb – 30 kb) in JPG/JPEG format.
• Candidates should have to make the payment of the application fee using SBI/Syndicate/ICICI/HDFC Payment Gateway(s) and keep proof of the fee paid.
• After paying the application fee, applicants have to submit the application form with attached documents to NTA or ICAR through Post/ Fax/By Hand.

Application Fee

Applicants should have to pay the application fee and there is a different application fee for various categories such as

• General/Unreserved, OBC-NCL* & UPS**/EWS** Rs.1700/-
• SC/ST, PwD, and Transgender Rs. 850/-
• Applicable Service/Processing charges & GST are to be paid by the candidate

AICE JRF/SRF 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Those applicants are going to fill out the application form of AICE JRF/SRF; they must have to check their eligibility criteria. There are the eligibility criteria mentioned below for the candidates.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates should be qualified in the Master’s Degree program with a minimum of Overall Grade Point Average (OGPA) as shown in Table 2 from any recognized University in India and abroad.
• If candidates will be derecognized through VCI/UGC/ICAR or due to any Court directives, they will not be able to apply in this examination.
• Candidates should have a minimum percents score such as General, OBC (NCL)and UPS/ EWS: 60% and SC/ST/PwD/: 50%

Age Criteria

The minimum age of the Indian Nationals should be at least 20 years of age as of 01.07.2019 (i.e. the date of examination) to apply in this examination. There will be no age relaxation regarding the minimum age limit.

AICE JRF/SRF 2023 Exam Pattern

Those applicants who have appeared in the examination should have preferred the exam pattern for better preparation of the examination.

This exam has a single paper of 3 hours duration. Details of the test are given below:

• Mode of Exam: LAN-Based CBT (Computer-Based Test)
• Duration: 180 minutes (3 hours)
• Number of Questions: 200 (20 + 180)
• 20 – General knowledge/reasoning ability
• 180 – Sub-subjects under the Major Subject chosen by the candidate
• Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions with 4 options
• Maximum Marks: 800 (80+720)
• Scoring: 4 for each correct response; -1 for each incorrect response (negative scoring); 0 for non-attempt
• The medium of Paper: English only

AICE JRF/SRF 2023 Syllabus

There are two sections included in AICE JRF/SRF Examination and section A, questions will be based on general knowledge in the domain of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Fisheries, and Allied Sciences, etc.

Section B questions will be based on the syllabus of different sub-subjects listed under that Major Subject Group.

AICE JRF/SRF 2023 Admit Card 

AICE JRF/SRF 2023 Admit Card will be available in September 2023.  AICE JRF/SRF Admit Card will issue to the candidates on the official website once those applicants have successfully submitted their application form.

They can download the admit card online mode by visiting the official website. Applicants must have to bring the self-attested documents along with the admitting card. By submitting the roll number in the required field, applicants can download the admit card.

AICE JRF/SRF 2023 Result 

AICE JRF/SRF 2023 Result will be Declared on the 1st week of July 2023. On the official webpage of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research.

The AICE JRF/SRF Result will declare and those candidates who have given the examination can check their results through online mode.

There will be a separate merit list for every sub-subject under each major subject group based on marks scored in the entrance examination and availability of seats.

AICE JRF/SRF 2023 Counseling 

Those candidates are shortlisted in the merit list, they will be called out for the counseling procedure and they should have to register themselves for counseling and they have to pay the registration fee through using a credit card, debit card, and net banking.
