AIHMCT WAT 2024

The AIHMCT WAT is the famous admission test conducted by the Army Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology by which the applicants will get admission to the Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management (BHM) program based on their marks obtained in the examination of AIHMCT WAT.

Every year, this admission test is held for the candidates, and many of the applicants may apply for this examination to complete their aspiring programs.

The AIHMCT 2024 Application Form has been started. Those applicants aspire to get admission to the Army Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology to complete their Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management (BHM) program; they can fill out the AIHMCT 2024 Application Form online and offline.

Procedure to Fill the Application Form

• The applicants can complete the AIHMCT WAT 2024 Application Form online or offline.
• To complete the Offline Application Form, candidates must reach the college/ Command HQs (AWES)/ Army HQ (AWES).
• To fill out the online Application Form, candidates need to download the prospectus from the official website of the Army Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology.
• The application fee will be INR 1000/-, which should be filled through candidates using the demand draft only.
• After completing the payment process and filling out the Application Form, candidates must submit it to the address below.

The applicants must attach the required documents and AIHMCT 2024 Application Form and send it through the demand draft.

• Attendance Card/ Admit Card
• Age Proof
• Marks statement of the qualifying exam
• Category wise certificate
• Willingness certificate
• Qualifying exam passing certificate and photocopies of mark sheet.

AIHMCT WAT Eligibility Criteria

The Army Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology has approved some eligibility criteria for the aspiring candidates, and it should be by all of the candidates before filling out the Application Form.

The children of serving Army personnel, ex-Army personnel, and war widows of the Army will be eligible only to get admission to this institute.

Category I

Those appearing; should belong to these categories as

• Children of serving Army personnel with a minimum of 10 years of continuous service in the Army.
• Children of Ex-Army personnel granted/ awarded regular pension, liberalized family pension, family pension or disability pension at the time of their superannuation, demise, discharge, release medical board/ invalided medical board. This includes wards of recruits medically boarded out and granted disability pensions.
• Children of Ex-Army personnel who were discharged or released after ten years of service.

Category II 

Adopted/Stepchildren and children of Remarried Widows

• If Army Personnel adopted the child at least five years before seeking admission
• Stepchildren meet the eligibility criteria for being born from a wedding where at least one parent belonged to the Army.

Category III

Special Cases Eligibility Criteria

• Wards of Ex-Army Medical Corps Officers/Army Dental Corps Officers presently serving with Indian Navy or Indian Air Force (IN/IAF) who have served in the Army for at least ten years.

Eligibility Criteria for Children of APS/MNS/TA Personnel

• Children of the APS Personnel have put in 10 years of service in the Army.
• Children of the APS Personnel are directly recruited into APS and have completed ten years of service.
• Children of the only member of MNS who have ten years of service as regular members or are in receipt of a pension from the Army
• Children of TA Personnel who have completed ten years of embodied service.

AIHMCT WAT Admit Card 2024

AIHMCT 2024 Admit Card will be Released Soon. The candidates must carry the Admit Card and check the details mentioned on it for the confirmation of the details provided by them. They have to reach the exam centre along with the admitting card on the mentioned schedule.

AIHMCT WAT Exam Centers

There are 15 exam centres available for the candidates, and they can select their choice exam centre when they fill out the Application Form.
