• Appearing applicants: Applicants who are appearing for the final exam of the HSC are also eligible to get admission.
• Gender: Female applicants are only eligible to apply for the exam.

Eligibility criteria for B.Sc. (Post-Basic) Nursing course:

• Educational Qualification: An applicant who wants to apply for the entrance exam must have completed HSC exams from a recognized board.
• Diploma Holders: Applicants who hold a valid diploma certificate in general nursing and midwifery are also eligible to apply for the entrance exam and get admission to the institution.
• Registration: The applicants who want to get admission must be registered as a nurse, nurse (RN), midwife (RM) with the state nursing council.

Eligibility criteria for M.Sc. Nursing course:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. (II) or B. Sc. Nursing (Post certificate)/ Post Basic/ B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing/ B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university must be completed by the applicant.
• Minimum Marks Criteria: More than 60% of marks must be secured by the general category applicants and 55% marks or more by reserved category applicants in the qualifying exam.

AIIMS Nursing 2022 Exam Pattern
