The interested and eligible candidates can fill the application form of AIPMT (NEET) by following these simple steps mentioned below.

  • The applicants can fill the application form of AIPMT (NEET) through online mode only.
  • Candidates should have to register themselves and fill the application form of AIPMT (NEET) carefully.
  • All of the details should be filled correctly and completely in the application form.
  • They must have to upload the required documents such as the scanned image of a photograph and signature in JPG format.
  • After entering all of the details, applicants have to submit the application form.
  • They have to make the payment of application fee at the time of filling the application form.

Application Fee

The candidates have to pay the Application Fee after submitting the application form.

  • The application fee of AIPMT (NEET) can be submitted through online mode.
  • The application fee for UR /OBC is Rs. 1400/-.
  • For SC/ ST/ PH, the application fee is Rs. 750/-.
  • The fee can be paid through the Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking/UPI/E-Wallet of Common Services Centre and other service providers.

AIPMT (NEET) Eligibility Criteria 

Before filling the application form, applicants have to check their Eligibility Criteria and the Eligibility Criteria as mentioned below.


  • Candidates of Indian Nationals, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) and Foreign Nationals are eligible to apply.
  • They all are also eligible to apply under 15% All India Quota seats.
  • It is necessary for applicants to carry the Aadhaar number for filling the application form.

Age Criteria

  • The upper age limit is 25 years. There should be 5 years of age relaxation for reserved category candidates.
  • UR candidates must born on or between 08.05.1993 and 01.01.2002.
  • For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the age should lie between 08.05.1988 and 01.01.2002.

Qualification Criteria

  • The applicants should be qualified in the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry Biology/Bio-technology and English individually.
  • Those applicants will be qualified in the three years of B.Sc Degree with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-Technology including practical subjects are also eligible to apply.
  • Applicants should have to obtain a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology taken together.
  • For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the marks in the qualifying exam should be 40%.
  • Those applicants are appearing final year, they also will be eligible to apply for AIMPT (NEET).

AIPMT (NEET) 2020 Exam Pattern

The applicants should have to prefer the Exam Pattern for the better preparation of examination and below the exam pattern has mentioned.

  • Mode of Exam: The examination of AIPMT will be held through offline mode (Pen-Paper mode).
  • Number of Attempts: There will be only three attempts available for the candidates. The number of attempts will be counted.
  • Type of Questions: The question will be Objective Type Questions.
  • Number of Questions: A total of 180 questions will be asked.
  • Duration of Exam: The exam would be for 3 hours.
  • Languages: The question paper will be available in total of 10 languages which are Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Assamese, Oriya and Kannada.
  • Marking Scheme: 4 marks will be given for each correct response.
  • Negative Marking: 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.

AIPMT 2020 Syllabus

The AIPMT (NEET) will comprise the syllabus of 11th and 12th class standard, which includes the topics from the subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology.

AIPMT 2020 Admit Card 

The admit card of AIPMT (NEET) will be available on the official website in the 1st week of April. Candidates can download the Admit Card through online mode and the applicants have to take the print out of Admit Card for future use and they have to carry it till the last procedure of admission.

AIPMT 2020 Result 

The AIPMT (NEET) Result will declare in the month of June and it will be available on the official website and on the basis of the Result of the candidates, the merit list will be prepared by the authority.

AIPMT 2020 Cut Off 

The authority will release the Cut-Off marks category wise on the official website and the factors of cut off marks are difficulty level of exam and numbers of candidates appeared in the exam. The minimum Cut-Off marks for the general category are 50%, 45% for general-PH and 40% for reserved categories.

As per the marks obtained in the examination of AIPMT (NEET), applicants will get admission in the various MBBS and BDS.
