AIPVT 2020 Counseling Registration has been started on 2nd January 2021. All India Pre-Veterinary Test will be conducted by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI). The AIPVT is the National Level Entrance Exam conducted to offer admission to B. V. Sc. & A. H Courses.

The Exam will be held to fill the 15% All India Quota Seats offered by the Veterinary Colleges of India, excluding Jammu & Kashmir and 85% state quota seats.

The AIPVT Online Application Form will be released in December 2020, and the AIPVT 2020 exam will be conducted in the month of May 2020.

The eligible and interested candidates can fill the AIPVT 2020 Application Form through the official website of AIPVT. AIPVT 2020 Counseling Registration has been started on 2nd January 2021.

AIPVT 2020 Application Fee

The AIPVT 2020 Application fee will be according to the categories of the candidates.

The AIPVT application fee is Rs. 1500 for general and for the OBC candidates and Rs. 750 for SC/ST/PWD candidates. The applicants can pay the application fee in the following ways:

1. Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking
2. E-challan by paying the amount in the VCI account in any branch of Vijaya Bank/SBI

AIPVT 2020 Eligibility Criteria

AIPVT 2020 full eligibility criteria are provided to candidates. Before applying, candidates must check eligibility criteria, check whether you fulfill all criteria or not. Candidate’s application will be accepted, who must be qualified for NEET 2020 examination.

Candidates must check their eligibility criteria given below before applying for AIPVT 2020. It is compulsory for the applying candidates must be qualified NEET 2020 examination.

Nationality: 

• The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Candidates belong to J & K state, and they are not eligible to apply for admission into these courses under 15% AQI.
• However, candidates who are residing in J & K state and not domiciled in this state can apply. They have to submit an Affidavit to the allotted Veterinary College at the time of admission.

Age Criteria: 

• Minimum Age Limit: Candidates age should be 17 years on or before 31^st December 2020.
• Maximum Age Limit: Candidates’ age should not be exceeded to 25 years on or before 31st December 2020.
• Relaxation: For SC/ST/OBC category, 5 years of relaxation in the maximum age limit.

  • 01 January 1994 to 01 January 2003 (General Category)

Qualification Criteria: 

• Nationality: Only Indian candidates can apply. Candidates who are residing in Jammu & Kashmir and not domiciled in this state can also apply. In this case, they have to submit an affidavit to the allotted college at the time of admission.
• Age: The candidate should be at least 17 years as on or before 31^st December of the year of admission. The upper age limit is 25 years (5 years relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates) on or before 31st December 2020.
• Qualifying Exam: Pass the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology, and English (as a core course) subjects. OR Pass an examination equivalent to intermediate science examination of an Indian University, or Board recognized by the AIU (Association of Indian Universities) taking Physics, Chemistry & Biology including a practical test in each of these subjects and English.
• Minimum Marks: Pass the above examination with 50% aggregate marks in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Biotechnology subjects. Candidates should pass class 12^th with 47.5% total marks (43.5% for SC/ST or other special categories).

Steps to Fill the AIPVT 2020 Application Form 

• Candidates have to visit the official website.
• Submit the details on the registration page and get registered. The Registration ID and Password will be sent by mail and SMS.
• Then the candidate can proceed to fill the Application Form, with personal and educational details.
• After filling the application, candidates need to upload the scanned image of Photo and Signature in the specified format.
• Pay the application fees online as well as offline mode via credit card/debit card/Net banking or by e-challan.
• After completing all the processes, the candidate has to take a printout of the Application Form and transaction receipt.
