University is located in Chennai & a new university was formed from the University of Madras faculty of Engineering & Technology.

Master of Planning is a master’s degree awarded for PG courses The plan is a planning urban, rural, environment, transport, etc. settlements & resources Candidate must be graduate i.e. B.Arch./B.Plan. from recognized university

• The plan is a 2-year course which is specialized in Urban & Regional Planning, Environmental Planning. Housing, & Infrastructure Planning
• Plan graduates can get on in architectural & building forms like town planner, project manager, planning advisor, planning manager, etc.
