The Union Public Service Commission released Friday evening the final result of the 2017 public services review on its official website. Hyderabad’s candidate Anudeep Durishetty is at the top of the list.

Durishetty Anudeep of Telangana has spearheaded the 2017 civil service exam, according to an announcement by UPSC, the public service recruitment body late Friday afternoon. In total, 990 candidates have been selected.

The second place went to a graduate of the University of Delhi Anu Kumari, who later obtained an MBA from IMT, Nagpur. Women represent 8 of the 25 best candidates.

Based on the results of the written portion of the Public Service Commission of the Union in October-November 2017 and the interviews for Personality Test conducted in February-April 2018, it was recommended to name up to 990 names in (i)) India Administrative Service, India Field Service, Indian Police Service, and Central Services, Group “A” and Group “B”.

The UPSC Principal Examination was held on October 28, 2017.

The UPSC exam was conducted to recruit 980 positions of Indian citizens in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), the Indian Foreign Service (IFS), the Indian Police Service (IPS) and the Central Services (Group A and group B)) and several other ministries. Of 980 publications, 54 publications are reserved for reserved categories. The IAS PRE test (CSAT) took place on June 18, 2017.

Anudeep, an officer of the Indian Revenue Service, is at present undergoing training at the National Academy of Customs, Excise, and Narcotics in Faridabad.
Anudeep said being an IAS officer was always his dream.

The Union Public Service Commission has declared the results of Civil Service examinations 2017 that was conducted in the month of June. Hyderabad’s Durishetty Anudeep has topped the UPSC Civil Services examination. He is from OBC category.

The last two years toppers – Tina Dabi and Nandini KR were too from the OBC category. The Mains exam was conducted from October 28 to November 3, 2017, for selection to the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and other Central Services (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’). The personality test was started from February onwards. Every year, over 11 lakh candidates appear for the prestigious exams every year.

In this list, Amandeep Durrisetty of Hyderabad has topped the list. While the other is Anu Kumari and the third is the name of Sachin Gupta. There are 990 people on the merit list. There are 476 candidates in general category, 275 candidates are OBC, 165 candidates are SC and 74 candidates are from ST category.

Topper in the exam has been working on Google, Durriseti Gupta. He is a graduate from Bits Pilani in 2011. UPSC Examination of 2013 was 790th rank. UPSC Main Exam was held on October 28, 2017.

Telangana’s Durishetty Anudeep has topped the UPSC civil services exam 2017. The second position has gone to a science graduate from Delhi University Anu Kumari.

Anudeep Durishetty of Hyderabad spearheaded the final results of the 2017 Public Services Review published by the Union Public Service Commission on its website on Friday.

The results of the UPSC Senior Civil Examination conducted on October 28, 2017, are available on Up to 990 names were recommended for the Indian Administrative Service, India Foreign Service, Indian Police Service, and Central Services, Group “A” and Group “B”. Last year, Karnataka’s daughter, Nandini KR, led the exam. She qualified with Kannada’s literature as an elective subject. Anmol Sher Singh Bedi secured second place followed by Gopalkrishna Ronanki, Saumya Pandey, Abhilash Mishra, and Kothamasu Dinesh Kumar. Up to 1,099 candidates have been recommended for various government services. There were 220 other candidates on the waiting list.

The UPSC conducts the utility review in three stages each year: Preliminary, Main, and Interview, to select officials from the India Administrative Service (IAS), the India External Service (IFS) and the India Police Service (IPS), among others.

Of the 10 Lakh civil service applicants who registered for the exam in 2017, 990 have finally been selected for the appointment. UPSC says a total of 990 candidates — 750 men and 240 women — have been recommended by the Commission for appointment to various central government services

Durishetty Anudeep has a degree in BE (Electronics and Instrumentation) from BITS, Pilani and opted for anthropology as an optional subject. Anthropology, Mathematics, Physics were some of the elective subjects chosen by the best players along with Political Science and International Relations, Geography and Sociology. Many toppers also opted for the literature of Commerce, Law, Economics, and Malayalam.

Anu Kumari, the second topper has a degree in Physics from the University of Delhi and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from IMT, Nagpur.

UPSC will publish the qualifications of the candidates within the next 15 days.

Durishetty Anudeep, head of Indian tax services, led the coveted public service test in 2017, the results of which were announced on Friday, breaking with a string of three high-profile candidates.

Anu Kumari and Sachin Gupta ranked second and third respectively, the Union Public Service Commission announced today. Anudeep, an OBC candidate from Metpally in Telangana, is posted to Hyderabad as Assistant Commissioner.

The commission recommended a total of 990 candidates, 750 men, and 240 women, to be appointed to various central government services, UPSC said in a statement.

Of the recommended candidates for the appointment, 476 are from the general category, 275 from the OBC, 165 from scheduled castes, and 74 from listed tribes.

“The recommended candidates also include 29 people with a physical disability (9 orthopedic disabled, 8 visually impaired and 12 hearing impaired),” he said.

Saumya Sharma, a candidate with a physical disability, hearing loss, was ranked ninth overall, UPSC said.

An IRS agent (customs and excise) of the 2014 batch, Anudeep qualified the anthropology examination as an optional subject. Anudeep graduated from BITS (Electronics and Instrumentation), Pilani.

Anu Kumari, the first of the candidates, holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics from the University of Delhi and an MBA (Finance and Marketing) from IMT, Nagpur.

Nandini K.R., Tina Dabi and Ira Singhal led the 2016, 2015 and 2014 utility review, respectively.

A total of 1,058 vacancies were to be filled in the Public Service Review, 2017, which included 29 vacancies for candidates with physical disabilities, according to the statement.

“The result of two candidates was retained,” he said.

Among the top 25 candidates, there are 17 men and 8 women, he said.

“The (preliminary) public service review, 2017 was held on June 18, 2017. 9.57,590 candidates applied for this exam, of which 4.56.625 actually appeared and 13366 candidates were admitted to the written examination ( Hands) conducted in October-November 2017. Of these, 2,568 candidates qualified for the February-April 2018 personality test, “he said.

Telangana IRS officer Durishetty Anudeep tops Civil Services 2017 exam

Durishetty Anudeep, a native of the village of Chittapur, near the town of Metpally in the Jagityal district of Telangana, has emerged as the best civil service exam this year. The results were declared on Friday.

Anudeep is currently in the Revenue Service of India (IRS) and is published as Assistant Commissioner, Central, GST, in Hyderabad. This is his fourth attempt in Civils. He worked with Google in Hyderabad before joining the IRS and is still single.

A BITS Pilani engineer in Rajashtan in 2011, received his education from Suryodaya High School in Metpally. Anudeep’s father is an Assistant Engineer of TS Transco, while his mother is a housewife. The optional subject of the topper was anthropology, although he is an engineer.

Speaking to The Hindu, Anudeep said he did not expect the first rank. “It’s a tough test and a lot of deserving candidates with a brilliant mindset, so you can never expect a high ranking,” he said in all humility. Anudeep prepared without assistance from any training institution. Meanwhile, R.C. Reddy IAS Study Circle said that it appeared for a simulated interview at its center.

A sports fan, Anudeep has an obsession with Roger Federer and Lionel Messi. In one of his publications on Facebook, he praised Messi, saying that the game of football is not really beautiful, it is brutal, but Messi has an artistic and symphonic beauty in his game that makes the brutal aspect beautiful.

In expressing his love for sports, he published: “Then I asked myself what I value most: sports, movies, books or music.” The movies are good, the books are great and the music is relaxing. But my life would not be half as happy or interesting if it were not for the time I spend watching and practicing sports. ”

Several Telugu students scored well on the test. Sai Praneeth, son of the former General Director of Maharashtra, V. Lakshminarayana, obtained the 196th rank. Other successful Telugu candidates are Sheelam Sai (43), Narapureddy Maurya (100), G. Madhuri (144), Yedavalli Akshay Kumar (624), Vivek Jhonson (195) and Bhargav Shekar (816).
