AP EAMCET Rank Card 2024 will be available after the Result Declaration. Candidates can download the AP EAMCET 2024 Rank Card after the result announcement through online mode.

The rank card will be needed during document verification and counseling. After the result declaration, the exam conducting authority will announce the AP EAMCET Rank Card 2024. The rank card will be available online mode only.

Candidates can get the rank card from May 2024. The AP EAMCET Counselling 2024 procedures will start after the release of the Rank Card. Candidates can register for counselling in the 4th week of June 2024.

How to Download the Rank Card

To download the rank card, aspirants have to follow the following steps:

Visit the official website. (Link will be provided here)

• Click on the “Download AP EAMCET Rank Card”.
• Candidates have to enter the “AP EAMCET Hall Ticket No.” & “Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket No.”.
• Select “Date of Birth”.
• Now, click on the “Submit” button.
• The rank card will appear on the computer screen.
• Download the rank card & take a print copy of it for future use.

AP EAMCET 2024 Admission Process

Students who get seats during counselling must report at the allotted institution along with the candidate’s original documents and allotted letter. Candidates have to report to the institution within a given period.

If the candidates fail to report to the allotted college in a given time frame, the candidate’s seat will be given to the other candidate.

AP EAMCET 2024 Qualifying Marks

AP EAMCET 2024 qualifying percentage of marks is 25% of the maximum marks that are considered for the ranking. JNTU prescribes no maximum qualifying mark for candidates in the reserved category (SC/ST).

However, such candidates will be allotted admission only to the extension of seat reservation.

AP EAMCET Rank 2024

All the admissions will be done based on the ranking of the applicants secured in the examinations. It is to be allotted a good ranking. The applicants will have to qualify for the entrance exam of AP EAMCET 2024 with a 7 5% score, and 25% weight will be given to the marks secured by the applicants in math, chemistry, and physics in the qualifying exam.

Admission will be made based on the ranking of the applicant in the merit list and his/ her preference for college and course. The counselling of the applicants will consist of seat allotment, document verification, and finalizing the admission by paying the application fees.

Normalization Process of AP EAMCET 2024

The normalization process will rank all the applicants across all sessions on a comparative scale. The main aim of normalization is to justify the applicant who got a difficult paper compared to the easier paper.

EAMCET committee will be using the following normalization procedure after much deliberation.

What is the Normalization Process? 

AP EAMCET 2024 was being conducted in multiple sessions, and each candidate was only allowed to appear in any of the one sessions. Therefore, candidates may find variations in question papers.

The authority has adopted a normalization procedure to remove such variations among the candidates regarding the difficulty level of question papers of different sessions.

The normalization procedure will provide the rank of all candidates across all sessions on a comparative scale. The authority will use the normalisation procedure below for calculating their AP EAMCET 2024 Scores.

Normalized Marks of the candidate:

• (Top Average Global – GMS)
  GMS + X (Marks Obtained by the applicant – SMS)
  (Top Average Session – SMS)
• SMS: (Average + Standard Deviation) of the session in which the applicant belongs to
• GMS: (Average + Standard Deviation) of all the applicants across all the sessions.
