AP ECET 2023 Counseling will be started in July 2023. JNTU Anantapur has successfully conducted the first round of AP ECET 2023 on 20th November 2023 for admission into engineering courses in various colleges/institutes/ universities which are accepting the scorecard of AP ECET 2023.

The Procedure of AP ECET Counselling

• The Engineering Common Entrance Test was Conducted by the JNTU Anantapur on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Secondary Education.
• The candidates who had completed their Diploma have attended the AP ECET Exam.
• And they have completed and waiting to Know the Counselling dates to attend the Counselling.
• The AP Engineering Entrance test conducted in the month of May and ECET results also released in the same month.
• There is a chance that the ECET Counselling Will Start from the first week of October.
• The AP Engineering Common Entrance Test is for the candidates who completed their diploma and are willing to study B.Tech. For those applicants, ECET Exam is very useful.

Web Options for AP ECET 2^nd Round Counseling 

If you have already registered, then those candidates can log in to account directly by following the link which is given on the website. Candidates have to enter the Registration Number, Date of Birth/ Password, and Security code and submit it.

Once you are submitting, then you will be reached the web page of AP ECET Second Phase Online Counselling 2023. Before all these steps candidates can verify all documents, which will be done at the helpline center in Andhra Pradesh state.

The Process of AP ECET Counselling

The following are the steps has given for the candidates to attend the AP ECET Counselling, who want to attend this test.

Step 1 – Registration for the certificate verification

• Firstly, find your Rank-wise carefully from the Helpline Centers and date. Then attend the Counselling.
• There you have to submit your Rank Card to the officer at the entrance.
• Then listen to an announcement, pay the application fee, and obtain receipt & write your Mobile number.
• After that, you have to take the Registration-Cum-Verification form, from the Computer and see whether the phone number is printed correctly or not.
• And mention your hall ticket number, personal Details, and Mobile number in the registration book. Later go back to the Counselling room & wait for your rank announcement.

Step 2 – Process for Certificate Verification

• After listening to the announcement, wait for your Counselling Number. When you hear your number, then go for Certification Verification.
• There the officer will verify your original certificates like Marks Memo, Rank Card, Income Certificate, Hall Ticket, And Caste Certificate if candidates belonging to the OBC, ST, and SC.
• Then you will be given a printout of receipt Certificates. Later collect your manual option form and leave the hall.
• The Registration Fee receipt will contain the registration ID and Password. So, keep the receipt safe to keep web options.

The Process of AP ECET Web Counselling

Following are the process of AP ECET counseling has given for the candidate, and the candidate should follow it to attend the AP ECET web counseling

• Before attending the Web Counselling, the Candidates must complete their Certificate Verification Process.
• Afterward, enter the URL through the Internet, you will find the links to College profile, courses, Helpline Centres, etc.,
• Later perform the web options and select the college that you want to study.
• Then Submit it. The Allotment will give by the JNTUA.
• Finally, you will get allotment order details SMS to your registered phone number sent from the allotted college.

• Study Certificate from IV to Diploma (9th class to the degree in case of B.Sc)

• Telangana/Andhra Pradesh Residential Certificate of father/mother for a period of 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Telangana/Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar in respect of Non-Local Candidates.
• Integrated Community Certificate, Aadhar Card, and father’s Caste certificate in case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority.
• Income certificate issued on or after 01.01.2023
• PH-Certificate issued through District Medical Board
