AP PGECET 2024 Application Form has been released on 23rd March 2024. Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, conducts the AP PGECET 2024 Exam on behalf of APSCHE. AP PGECET 2024 exam is a state-level entrance test. Through the AP PGECET 2024 Exam, candidates can get an offer of admission into ME/M.Tech/M.Pharm courses in engineering/pharmacy colleges & their affiliated colleges. The process of applying for the Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET) involves four primary steps, as illustrated in the flowchart provided below.

Step 1 – Payment of Registration Fee

Before proceeding with the payment of the application fee for AP PGECET, candidates need to provide the following information:

AP Online by Cash:

• Selection of AP Online Center: Candidates need to choose the nearest AP Online centre.
• Mandatory Details: Candidates must provide necessary information including the Hall Ticket Number of the Qualifying Examination, Name of the Candidate, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, and Mobile number.
• Receipt Generation: Upon payment, candidates receive a receipt containing a Payment ID. This ID serves as login credentials during the form-filling process.

Online Mode:

• Instruction Booklet: Candidates are advised to carefully review the Instruction Booklet.
• Payment Process: Candidates click on the “Make Payment” tab and proceed with payment via Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking, filling in the required details.
• Payment Gateway: After initiating payment, candidates are redirected to the Payment Gateway site.
• Payment ID Generation: Upon successful payment, a ‘Payment ID’ is generated. Candidates must make a note of this ID for use during the form-filling process.

Step 2 – Know your application status

Candidates can track the status of their AP PGECET 2024 application by providing their credentials, including the qualifying degree exam hall ticket number and the registered mobile number. This allows candidates to conveniently monitor the progress of their application process and stay updated on any developments or changes.

Step 3 – Fill Up AP PGECET Application Form 2024

After completing the payment of the application fee, candidates can proceed to fill out the AP PGECET 2024 application form by following these steps:

• Login: Candidates should log in to the online application portal using their transaction ID/Application Number generated during the payment process.
• Mandatory Details: Before proceeding, candidates need to enter certain mandatory details including the Payment Reference ID, Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket Number, Mobile Number, and Date of Birth.
• Proceed to Fill Application: Once all the mandatory details are entered, candidates can click on the ‘Proceed to Fill Application’ tab.
• Complete Application Form: The complete application form will then appear, where candidates need to provide personal details such as Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Aadhaar Card Number, Birth District, Birth State, Ration Card Number, Caste Category, Special Reservation Category, Minority/Non-Minority, Annual Income, Bank Details, Address, Local Area, and Academic Details, including Test Centre preference.
• Upload Documents: Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of their photograph and signature in the prescribed format and size as per the provided guidelines.

After completing the entire application process, candidates will encounter the following options:

Save and Preview/Submit

• After filling in all the required data and particulars, candidates must read the declaration at the end of the page and select the checkbox to fill out the online application form. Then, they can click on the “Save” tab to save the data. If they are confident that all entered data is correct, they can proceed to Preview/Submit the online application.

Modify and Confirm/Freeze

• Once the AP PGECET Application Form 2024 is submitted, candidates are given the option to Modify and Confirm/Freeze. The Modify option allows candidates to review the entire application to correct any errors. After confirming that the information is accurate, candidates should click on the Confirm/Freeze tab to finalize the submission. This action freezes the data in the application, preventing further editing.

• Candidates should preview their filled application form before submission. Upon completion, the page will display the AP PGECET registration ID.
