AP PolyCET Counselling Date 2024 – Check Official Schedule Here

AP PolyCET 2024 Round & Final Phase Counseling will be started in November 2024. AP POLYCET stands for (Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance test); the State Board of Technical Education and Training conducts PolyCET.

There are 60 Questions in Mathematics for 60 Marks, there are 30 Questions in Physics for 30 Marks, and there are 30 Questions in Chemistry for 30 Marks. AP Polytechnic counselling is started after the entrance exam and registration.

Every year, the Institute of Diploma holds this examination; they call the candidates to get admission in the field of diploma courses/ technical/ engineering / non-engineering courses.

An applicant who has been called for counselling have to bring the following certificates, which are relevant to them in original for verification purpose, along with one set of attested copies.

• Memo of Marks of SSC or its equivalent Examination.
• Community Certificate from Revenue Authorities, issued by officers not below the rank of Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO) in respect of BC, SC, and ST applicants. The details of the sub-caste and the serial number of the cast in the groups of BC / SC and ST are to be given in the Certificate.

AP Polytechnic Counseling 2024 

In the Counseling process, there are three rounds of the process conducted by Andhra Pradesh.

• A large number of candidates who have appeared for the entrance exam are waiting for the counselling process, which is to be conducted step by step; it will be completed in three rounds of the counselling process.
• The rank list organizes the AP Polytechnic Process. Therefore, it is necessary to download the rank list.
• Those candidates who are in the rank list will be eligible for the counselling process.
• The counselling process will start offline mode; candidates who are eligible for counselling have to be present at the counselling venue.
• Before the counselling process, candidates must have to pay the counselling fee, which is mentioned in the current year application form.
• In the counselling process, all candidates who are present at the venue have to choose the stream as well as the college.
• The counselling process must require some document, which the counsellor verifies.

Instruction for Counseling/Admission Procedure

Admission into Polytechnics/Institutions shall be made following the rules of admission and subject to any amendments issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh from time to time.

If any ambiguity or doubt arises in the interpretation and implementation of these rules, the decision of the Director / Commissioner of Technical Education shall be final.

In case of any litigation in matters related to the conduct of Entrance Examinations and its results, the disputes shall be within the jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court of T.S. only, and the Secretary, SBTET, shall alone be the Respondent and not DTE/CTE.

Any disputes connected to Admission, if any, shall be within the jurisdiction of the Hon’ble T.S. High Court, and the Convener POLYCET (not the Secretary, SBTET) shall be the respondent.
