ATMA 2018 December Registration can be filled till on 17th December 2018. ATMA 2018 (December Session) Dates has been released. ATMA is an abbreviation for AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA). The ATMA admission test is the entrance examination at the national level MBA entrance exam which is conducted by The Association of Indian Management School (AIMS). It is a national level examination.ATMA Result 2018 (May Exam) is declaring on 2nd June 2018. MAT 2018 (December Exam) will be held on 23rd December 2018.

ATMA 2018 will be the Qualification Exam for students to get admission to the private dental and Managment colleges of India where the ATMA score is valid. ATMA 2018 is an Institute admission exam for Management Admission. It is a multiple choice objective type test conducted for the admission Postgraduate programmes in Management programmes (MBA, PGDM, PGDBA, MCM, MCA, etc.) across its participating institutes.

The examination is conducted four times in a year, generally February second week, May last week, June third week and July third week, 2018, in paper and computer-based modes, respectively. ATMA 2018 contains approximately 120 questions of objective questions. The total exam time is 2 hours or 120 minutes. It is a computer-based test.

ATMA 2018 Application Form

ATMA 2018 will be held once. The best of the two ATMA scores will be considered. Applicants wishing to appear ATMA must apply before registration is over ATMA 2018 Result (Feb Exam) has been released on 3rd March 2018.

Candidates will also receive login ID and password on the registered email id of the candidate. After receiving this (login ID and password), candidates will have to log in to the application window and complete the process by filling up the form with personal, academic and work experience details.

The ATMA 2018 application is a three-step process.

  • ATMA 2018 (December Session Exam) Registration has been Started.
  • Candidates have to visit the official website of ATMA (link is provided above).
  • Application fee payment is the first step to fill the online application.
  • Click on the link related to “ATMA Exam Registration Link”.
  • Go through the option “Click here to Pay ATMA Exam Fees Online”.
  • Fill the required fee payment details and pay the application fee.
  • After fee payment, you will receive the PID code.
  • After that, click on “Click here for registering yourself for the ATMA exam”.

ATMA Registration Fee:

All applicants must pay Rs. 1298 as an application fee. Fees can be paid through online as well as offline mode. Fees can be submitted by credit card, application or cash payment Cash payment/account. Registration fees are non-refundable.

ATMA Application Fee Payment Mode: 

The application fee can be paid via three modes:

  • Debit/ Credit Card
  • Net-banking/American Express Card/ Diners Card, IMPS, UPI and Mobile Wallets

ATMA 2018 Admit Card

ATMA 2018 admit card will be released on 23rd June 2018 (For June exam). C The 2018 ATMA admission card will be available for download.

The ATMA 2018 admission card will be available online. Applicants who have registered at ATMA 2018 will receive the ATMA admission card. Examiners can download the ATMA 2018 admission card by entering their ID and password. Candidates must present proof of identification with their ATMA 2018 admission card to the examination center.

ATMA hall ticket 2018 will be released via online mode in the third week of January 2018. Students name, photograph, signature, roll number, test center, exam date & timing will be mentioned in the admit card. The admit card will also be sent to the candidates by the authority to the registered Email ID. Without a valid admit card, students will not be permitted to sit in the examination.

The authority will send the ATMA 2018 admission card to the candidate’s ID. In addition, the admission card will also be downloaded from the ATMA website. Applicants must bring the printout of the admission card with a photo ID card to the exam room.

The candidates will have to carry the admit card on the exam day, else they will not be allowed to take the exam. Even after the examination, the candidates will need to admit card so it should be kept properly even after the exam.

ATMA Result 2018

The result of ATMA 2018 will be announced on ATMA’s official website.  The ATMA result for May session will be released on 2nd June 2018. For June exam, it will be declared on 28th June 2018. Candidates who will be qualified for the entrance exam will be called for other cycles of the selection process, namely entrance exam only.

The result will be provided to students in the first or the last week of July 2018. Students can check the result via online mode through the website. The ATMA score will be valid for the admission to the academic year of 2018-2019. Students are advised to take the printout of the ATMA result and keep it safe till the admission process gets finished.

Participants can check their results on the official ATMA link of ATMA website. To access them, you must enter Login ID and Password in the required space. The link to verify the result will also be provided on this page. It is on the basis of the ATMA merit list that the candidates are likely to be shortlisted and called in for further admission process.

Steps to complete the ATMA 2018 Application Form

  • Candidates should visit the official website and click on the “New Registration” button.
  • Candidates must complete the required information on the application form.
  • Applicants must upload their last color passport size photo at the time of online registration for ATMA 2018.
  • Candidates must register for national exams.
  • Candidates can pay the application fee for ATMA 2018 online or offline.
  • After successful registration, candidates will receive an email with the ATMA ID and password.
  • Note: Candidates can use the ATMA ID and password to edit the details online.

ATMA Eligibility Criteria 2018

The eligibility criteria of ATMA 2018 is to be fulfilled by all the candidates who aim to pursue Managment and dental from ATMA. The candidates must fulfill the below-mentioned eligibility criteria for ATMA 2018. The criteria for eligibility are as below:

  • ATMA aspirants should have passed or appeared in the final exam of the Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute. Although the final year candidates are eligible to apply for ATMA 2018, they must ensure fulfilling the eligibility criteria i.e. passing the Bachelor’s Degree within the schedule as specified by the participating institutes.
  • There is no graduation percentage cut off for being eligible to take ATMA 2018. However, the participating Institutes of ATMA 2018 may have different eligibility criteria for admission to MBA/PGDM programmes of 2018-19 batch.
  • In case candidates do not fulfill the eligibility criteria of ATMA 2018, their candidature may get canceled at the time of admission. Hence, ATMA aspirants must ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria before applying for ATMA 2018.

ATMA Exam Pattern 2018

The 2018 ATMA test model should be similar to last year. According to last year’s model, ATMA is a 3 hours computer test with approximately 180 objective type questions. Candidate must be aware of exam pattern to perform well in the examination. Here is the exam pattern of ATMA 2018:

  • ATMA is a computer-based online entrance exam for admission into AIMS approved B-schools.
  • ATMA 2018 will be held in a single session and will comprise four sections.
  • The total number of questions will be 180.
  • There will be 4 options for each question from which the candidate will have to pick 1 option.
  • The time duration for the entrance exam will be 180 minutes.
  • While there is no time limit for any section, it will be a safe bet to spend around an hour on each section.
  • This exam has 6 sections.

There is a single question paper of ATMA 2018 containing the question from Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation, Language Comprehension.  Total 180 objective type questions.

Test Pattern for ATMA

  • Duration: The exam duration will be two hours (120 minutes).
  • Exam Mode: The exam will be organized in online mode (computer-based test).
  • No. of Question: There will be total 120 questions asked.
  • Type of Question: The question paper will comprise of objective type questions.
  • Marking Scheme: Four marks will be provided for each correct answer (+1 maks).

ATMA Counselling 2018

The admission of ATMA will be purely based on the candidate’s qualifications in the ATMA entrance exam.

There will be open counseling conducted for the qualified candidates for ATMA qualified candidates. The candidates are required to attend the counseling in person for document verification and seat allotment. The candidates are not allowed to attend the counseling with the valid rank card. The candidates can check the counseling information through the official website of the association.

Applicants may appear on boards organized by various institutions and universities on the basis of the ATMA score. Applicants must bring the required documents and fees at the time of counseling. Seats will be provided to students based on ATMA scores, completed selections and seat availability.

The candidates are not allowed to attend the counseling with the valid rank card. The candidates can check the counseling information through the official website of the association. Then the preferred participating Institute will proceed with the selection procedure of ATMA which comprises three main steps:

  • Group Discussion (GD)
  • Written Ability Test (WAT)
  • Personal Interview (PI)
  • Group Discussion (GD)- Candidates who make it into the merit list of each participating institute will be further called in for the GD round.
  • Personal Interview (PI) or Written Ability Test (WAT) – After the GD is conducted, once again candidates will be shortlisted for the PI or WAT round.
  • Final Selection- After the above rounds are complete, each institute will release the final list of selected candidates for admission to MBA and PGDM programme across participating institutes in India.

  • Analytical Reasoning Skills: This section of the paper analyses the logical thinking capacity of candidates. Aspirants must make sure that they strengthen their capability of analyzing situations, only then will they be able to select the correct answer. Having the correct approach and right frame of mind will help a candidate extensively in finding the answer to the questions.
  • Quantitative Skills: In order to excel in this section, candidates will have to practice on a regular basis.
