Ayush Entrance Examination is a well-known state level entrance exam, but it is also accepted as the college/ University level entrance test.

The applicants are informed that opportunity for applying for the test will soon land up at your door if you want to pursue Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy fields. The All India Institute of Ayurveda every year conducts an entrance examination for the admission in the Postgraduate/ Undergraduate courses. The Ayush entrance examination is expected to be held in the month of August 2019.

Interested and eligible candidates have to submit the application form to appear in the examination. No application forms will be submitted through offline mode. A prescribed amount of application fee has to be paid by the candidate through Debit/ Credit Card or net banking. The aspirants must provide the relevant information while registering such as contact/ address details, category, PWD status, educational qualification details, date of birth, etc.

AYUSH Exam Expected Dates 2019

The dates for AYUSH Exam 2019 has not yet released by the University. Till then candidates can note down the expected dates for registration, entrance examination, announcement of result that are given below in the table:

To appear in the Ayush Entrance exam 2019, candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria for the examination as decided by the institute.

  • Candidates must possess relevant degree Pass Certificates recognized as per the provisions of the IMCC 1970/HCC 1973 Act. AND
  • Should have permanent or provisional registration certificates of relevant degrees issued by the CCIM/ CCH/ state board/universities/deemed universities.

Application Fee and mode of payment

  • While registering for the entrance examination, candidates will have to pay a certain amount of application fee as prescribed by the Institute.
  • The category wise application fee and mode of payment will be soon available.

Ayush 2019 Entrance Application Form

  • The registration for Ayush 2019 shall start from the 4th week of June 2019.
  • Candidates have to visit the official website of All India Ayush at www.aiia.co.in to register themselves for the examination.
  • The application form will only be filled and submitted through online mode.
  • Before filling the application form, candidates must gather all the necessary information with all the important documents such as a soft copy of the photograph, scanned copy of the signature, credit/debit card details, educational history, and internship details etc.
  • The application process will be completed in three steps i.e., registration, filing the application form and paying the application fee.

Exam Pattern 2019

The question paper for Ayush examination 2019 would be divided into two parts.

Part-1-  Aptitude Section

  • Part 1 may be based on all subjects from General Science and Research. This particular sections will be compulsory for everyone to attempt. Here there can be around 30 Multiple Choice type questions carrying 1 mark each.

Part 2: A-Y-U-S-H

  • Questions in this section can come from subject areas like- Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy
  • You can expect around 90 Multiple Type Questions (MCQ) carrying 1 mark each.
  • Hence total marks fetchable from this section will be 90 marks.
  • 25% marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
  • The complete exam will be for 120 marks and the time provided for the examination will be 2 hours.

Preparation Tips for AYUSH Entrance Exam

  • Before beginning preparations, you ought to break down the syllabus endorsed for the examination.

AYUSH Entrance Exam Admit Card 2019

  • The admit card will be made available in the 4th week of July 2019.
  • The eligible candidates will be able to download it from the official website at www.aiia.co.in  
  • Candidates are required to take a printout of the admit card and should paste a latest passport size photograph ( 35x45mm) on it.
  • Examiners must produce the valid admit card at the examination center.
  • Also, candidates must bring an identity proof such as Driving license/ Aadhaar Card (with photograph)/ PAN card/ Voter ID/ Passport on the day of entrance examination.

Result Declaration of Ayush Entrance exam

  • The result will apparently be announced in the 4th week of August 2019.
  • Result will be released by the All India Institute for Ayurveda. The result of the exam will only be valid for the current admission year i.e., 2019.
  • Ayush result will be declared as a combined merit list for All India (Open / Other states seats) / different States / Union Territories/Universities/Deemed Universities /Institutions seats.
  • The candidates will be able to download the sheet-cum-result certificate from the official website of All India  Institute of Ayurveda at www.aiia.co.in  

Ayush Entrance Exam Counselling 2019

  • The Selection will be based on the merit obtained by the candidate in the AYUSH Entrance exam 2019.
  • The ministry of Ayush will conduct the counselling.
  • After the successful declaration of result, qualified candidates will be called for the counselling round for the admission on the basis of candidate’s choice, fulfillment of the eligibility criteria, guidelines, domicile criteria, applicable reservation policies etc.
  • Candidates will need to appear in person for document verification and fee payment of the desired course.
  • Seats will be confirmed after all phases take place successfully.

Ayush Entrance Exam Centers 2019

The Ayush Entrance examination shall be conducted in the 20 cities of the nation. The center will be allotted to the candidates as per the choice received through the application form. The list of the exam centers can be noted down from the table given below:
