B.A. Education or Bachelor of Arts in Education is an undergraduate Academic Degree Course.  Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, beliefs, and habits. Educational methods include storytelling, discussion, teaching, training, and directed research. It can be pursued either as a Regular Course or as a Distance Education Course; the duration is the same unless mentioned by the institute.

This degree course is meant for future educators and education administrators. There are no Elective papers in the B.A.-Education course. IT draws on other disciplines such as psychology and philosophy.

B.A. (Education) is not to be the same as B.Ed. Which might sight sound similar because of the use of the term ‘Bachelor’ and ‘Education.’ However, there is a big difference amongst both regarding course content, college activity, duration, and repute.
