B.A. Human Rights or Bachelor of Arts in Human Rights is an undergraduate Human Rights course.

Human Rights are rights inherent to all human beings whatever our nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, color, religion, language, or any other status. Human Rights include cultural, economic, and political rights, such as a right to life, liberty, education and equality before the law, and right of association, belief, free speech, information, religion, movement, and nationality.

Human Rights refer to rights and fundamental freedoms that are entitled to all human beings, often held to include the human rights to life and human rights to liberty, human rights to freedom of thought and human rights to expression, and human rights to equality before the law.
