BFUHS 2023 Application Form

BFUHS Admission 2023 Application Form will be Releasing soon for B.Pharm, B.Pharm (LE) & M.Pharm Courses. Candidates must go through the BFUHS information brochure before filling the application form. 

To get registered candidates have to fill the application form. BFUHS 2023 application forms can be filled out online mode on the official website.

The important information related to the application form is mentioned below for the reference of the applicants:

• In online mode, only applicants will get the application form.
• Applicants need to register and create a new id on the official website of the university to fill the application form.
• After successful registration applicants need to open the application form.
• Once the application form is open applicants need to start filling the application form.
• And at the time of filing the application form applicants need to enter the necessary details in it.
• Once the application form is filled applicants need to submit the application form and take a printout of the same.

Application Fee

To get application registered candidates have submitted the duly filled application form and have to pay application form fees. Candidates can pay application fees via online mode.

The important information related to the application fee is mentioned below for the reference of the applicants:

• The Application Fee for Post Basic Diploma in Oncology & Neonatal Nursing is Rs. 1000/-
  (500/- for SC only) + GST @ 18% as per rule.
• The application fee for general category applicants is Rs 3000/-.
• And application fee for reserved category applicants is Rs 1500/-.
• Applicants are instructed to pay the application fee in any branch of the Oriental Bank of Commerce through India by using Bank Challan.
• That means applicants are instructed to pay the application fee in online mode.
• Official authorities will not accept any other mode for the payment of the application fee.
• The application fee is nonrefundable and nonadjustable.

BFUHS 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Compulsory subjects:

• Physics, chemistry, and biology along with English subjects should be mandatory subjects for the applicants.

Qualifying marks:

• In order to get admission to the institution, general category applicants should score more than 45% marks in the HSC exam.
• While reserved category applicants must score a minimum of 40% marks in the HSC exam.

Appearing applicants:

• Applicants who are appearing for the final exam in the current year are also eligible to apply for the admission procedure.

Age criteria:

• The minimum age limit for the applicants to apply is 17 years.
• No upper age limit is decided for the applicants to apply.

BFUHS 2023 Application Process 

Through the below points, candidates can get to know what to fill, how to fill, and where to fill details. Candidates can Register BFUHS 2023 application form through online mode. Candidates must follow the steps mentioned below to register the application successfully. The registration process for the courses is given below.

For MPT

• Visit the official website.
• Download the application form from the website.
• Take a printout of the form and fill it.
• After filling, submit the form along with the Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences of the amount INR 5000 (INR 2500 for SC category), Faridkot and the xerox copies of the related documents with self-attestation.
• Send all of it to the office of Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Sadiq Road, Faridkot before the due date.

For B.Sc. Nursing (PPMET-2023)

For being eligible for B.Sc. Nursing course, the candidate has to apply for PPMET -2023. It has to be done in the online mode only. Follow the given steps for applying:

• Click on the official website.
• Click on the course you want to apply for.
• Click on “New Registration”
• Register for PPMT 2023 exam and fill in all the required details and click on submit.
• Make the registration fee payment through any branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce through the Bank Challan form which will be generated after the online submission of the application form.

For B.Pharm

• For applying to the B.Pharma course, the candidate has to start by paying the registration fees at any Oriental Bank of Commerce branch by using the specified bank challan form (available at the university’s website).
• Then the candidate has to fill the application form online by clicking on Admission to B. Pharmacy and B. Pharmacy (Lateral Entry) on the official website.
• After filling the application form, take a printout of it and send it by post or by hand to “The Principal, University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research, Sadiq Road, Faridkot-151 203 (Punjab)”.
• Also attach the relevant documents along with Bank Challan Form (Institute Copy) after depositing the application fee in the Institute’s Bank Account, while sending the application form.

Application Fees

INR 2000 for the general category and INR 1000 for the SC category has to be paid for B.Pharm. Course.
