Bihar Institute of Law Application Form 2020

The Bihar Institute of Law Application Form has been available on the official website and those applicants are interested and eligible to get admission in LLB (Three year Degree course) from this institute, they can fill the application form through offline mode by following simple steps mentioned below.

  • The applicants can obtain Prospectus including the Application Form from the office of Bihar Institute of Law, Patna, Rs. 800/- (including the Entrance Test Fee).
  • Candidates can download the prospectus of the entrance test by visiting the official website.
  • They should have to attach the Draft or pay-in-clip in favor of the Bihar Institute of Law, Patna of Rs. 900/- with application form in person.
  • They need to attach Admit Card and Attendance sheet along with Bank Draft with the duly filled application form if they downloaded it from the official webpage.
  • Self-attested copies of all Mark sheet Certificate (including Matric) & Caste Certificate, PH certificate (if required) be sent to the Principal Bihar Institute of Law.
  • Raja Bazar, Ashiana More, Post – B.V. College, Patna – 800 014 Form should reach to the office of Principal on or before the last date of submission of Form

Bihar Institute of Law Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have to check their eligibility criteria before filling the application form of BILAT, the eligibility criteria details mentioned below.

  • The applicants should be qualified for Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering or any other discipline from a recognized University or possessing such academic qualification as is considered equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree by any recognized University with at least 45 % marks.
  • Candidates in final year Bachelors Examination can also apply in this examination to get admission in LL.B. Part-I.

BILAT Exam Pattern

The exam pattern will be very helpful for the applicants to understand the structure of the question paper. The exam pattern of the BILAT exam mentioned below.

  • The medium of entrance test shall be English.
  • The Entrance Test will be based on objective questions with type multiple choice.
  • The duration of the test shall be of two hours
  • There will be 180 seats.

BILAT Admit Card 2020

Candidates will not admit card through any post. It is necessary to document, which should carry by the candidates at the examination center. Candidates without admit card will not be allowed to enter in the examination hall. The applicants should have to carry the admit card along with the required documents.

BILAT Result 2020 

After completing the examination, the BILAT Result will declare through the Bihar Institute of Law, Patna on its official website. Those applicants have given the examination; they can check their results through online mode after clicking on the result link. The merit list will be prepared through authority if they have obtained qualified marks in the examination. In the form of a merit list, the result will publish on the official website.

On the basis of marks scored in Bihar Institute of Law Admission Test, the merit list will be prepared through authority and those candidates are shortlisted in the merit list, they will be able to get admission in LLB Course. To get admission in the LLB course, applicants must have obtained a minimum of 40% marks in the entrance test and qualified with less than 40% marks in the test will not be eligible to get admission.

  • In case of equal marks obtained by two or more candidates in the entrance test, the candidate obtained higher marks in graduation shall be admitted.
  • In case of equal marks obtained in entrance test & Graduation marks by the two or more candidates the candidate having a higher age to be admitted on the seat.
