The institutes of the BLDE University, Shri B M Patil Medical College Hospital and Research Center, Vijayapura, it was established in the year 1986 by BLDE Association Bijapur Liberal District Educational Association.
Shri B. M. Patil Medical College offers UG Program – MBBS (150 seats), PG Programs in 18 disciplines, PG Super Specialty Program in Urology (M. Ch.), Ph.D. Courses in 12 disciplines and Innovative courses like Fellowship, Diploma and certificate courses in Medical and Allied Sciences.

The fees are Applicable to all Campuses, tuition fee, and registration fee, the special fee is applicable for All Medical Courses (fees vary depends on courses and campus).
The fees for the first year is non-refundable, the registration fee of Rs. 10,000/- for programs with annual fees of Rs. 1,00,000/- and above.
The examination fee per semester will be additionally based on the number of subjects registered for the exam.

Tuition fees Rs. 8,10,000/-
NRI/ Foreign/ PIO/ Others in USD $ Equivalent to Indian Rupees of Rs. 15,00,000.
Charges of Caution Money of Rs. 5,000/- (refundable), Eligibility charges Rs. 2,000/- and Misc. fees at college office Rs. 6,500/- are not included in the Tuition Fees.
Hostel Fees will be as applicable depending on the hostel allotted/ available.
