BRAOU 2024 Application Form will be Released soon for UG & PG Courses. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) was first recognized in 1982. It put forward a variety of UG & PG programs through distance learning methods.

The degree programs are presented under various streams, for example, Arts, Science, Commerce, Education, and Management.

The application forms can be filled online on payment of Rs 400 as an application fee by Credit/ Debit Card or Rs. 435/- through any AP/TS Online Franchise Centres located across AP and Telangana.

BRAOU 2024 Application Form

• BRAOU 2024 Application Form will be Released soon for UG & PG Courses.
• Before applying for BRAOU B.Ed candidates are requested to go through detailed notification & eligibility mentioned on the official website.
• Candidates should fill in their personal & academic information carefully in order to apply for the exam.
• Candidates must upload their relevant documents through scanned copies only.
• Candidates are advised to take a printout of the application form for submission at the time of Counselling.

Application Fee

• Candidate can pay the application fee through the online & Franchise Centre.
• pay the Registration fee of Rs. 400/- through Debit/Credit card.
• pay the Registration fee of Rs. 435/- through any AP/TS Online Franchise Centers located across AP and Telangana.
• Application Fee once paid is Non-Refundable.

BRAOU 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the BRAOU 2024 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Ed 

• Candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Candidate should have passed with at least 50% marks either BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BCA/B.Sc (Home Science)/B.B.M & other Master’s Degree.
• Candidate should have a minimum of 55% marks in BE/B.Tech with Science & Mathematics as one of the subjects.
• A candidate who is appearing for final year examination in Bachelor/Master’s is also eligible to apply for the examination.
• Apart from the above candidate must fulfill any one of the following conditions as per NCTE-2014 Regulations.
• Should be Trained in-service Teachers in Elementary Education (NCTE recognized Teacher Training completed in-service Teachers in Elementary Education i.e., working Govt/Aided/Local Body/ Govt. Recognized Schools).
• Should have completed the NCTE recognized Teacher Education program in Elementary Education through face-to-face mode (TTC/ D.Ed./ D.El.Ed./ B.El.Ed./ TPT/ HPT/ UPT/ B.P.Ed./ D.P.Ed.-Qualification is the must).
• There is no upper age limit to apply.

For B.Ed (SE) 

• The Candidate should be an Indian Citizen.
• Candidates with at least 50% percent mark either in the Bachelor’s Degree.
  (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.C.A./ B.Sc.(Home Science)/BBM) and a Master’s Degree.
• B.E/B.Tech. With specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55 % marks or any
  other qualification equivalents thereto, are eligible for admission to the program.
• Weightage to be given to the candidates fulfilling any one of the following conditions:
  I. Parent of a child with a disability, Possessing Disability Certificate issued by the
  Competent Authority.
  II. A person with a disability, possessing Disability Certificate issued by the Competent
  Authority.
  III. Possession of any RCI approved Diploma/Degree.
• Candidates who are appearing for final year examination in Qualifying Examination
  (Bachelor or a Master Degree) can also apply. But they are required to submit the Marks
  Memo and Passé Certificate (Provisional Certificate) of the Qualifying Examination at
  the time admission. Otherwise, they are not allowed for admission.
• The reservation for SC/ST/BC/PWD categories shall be as per the rules in vogue.
• There is no upper age limit to apply.

How to Prepare for BRAOU 2024

Follow the tips and guidelines for the preparation:

• The syllabus is imperative for any exam. If you are familiar with the same, you get the better of the examination straightforwardly. Being aware of the syllabus is the straightforward and primary thing to do before you go through the preparation.

BRAOU 2024 Admit Card

Applicants are needed to go to the exam center which they have decided on as a minimum two days before the exam day to put together the admit cards.

The admit cards can also be downloaded from the official website. The admit card is a compulsory document to be accepted to the exam hall.

Steps to download the Admit Card

• The admit card can only be downloaded from the website.
• Provide the Application number and Password.
• After that download the admit card.
• Now get printouts of the to admit card.
• It will be mandatory to show it during counseling and admission procedure.

BRAOU 2024 Result

The qualified applicants will be required to download the rank card online through the official gateway of the University.

The rank card will not be provided to the candidates through post. The result is produced only for those contenders who will be able to get expected marks in each subject.

Steps to download the Result

• Students will require to find the official site of the university.
• Provide info for example Application No, Date of Birth or Roll No.
• Tick on the submit button.
• The result of the candidate will be obtainable.
• Applicants need to keep a copy of the result for later use.

BRAOU 2024 Admission/ Counselling

BRAOU organizes separate B.Ed Entrance Tests to offer admission in B.Ed and B.Ed (Special Education) program. BA, B.Sc, B.Com, and B.Li.Sc admissions are offered on the basis of marks in the last qualifying examination followed by the release of course-wise merit list.

MA, M.Sc, M.Com, M.Li.Sc and PG Diploma admission are considered through marks in the last qualifying examination. Candidates will need to succeed in AP ICET or TS ICET to keep admission to the MBA program.

Final admission is based on GD and Interview. BRAOU also organizes Admission Test to offer admission in the M.Ed program.

Required Documents

• NCTE recognized Elementary Teacher Education Programme completion certificate
  (TTC/D.Ed./D.El.Ed./B.El.Ed./TPT/HPT/UPT/ B.P.Ed./D.P.Ed. etc.).
• Degree/PG (relevant subject of Pedagogy) Provisional Certificate/Convocation.
• Degree/PG (the relevant subject of Pedagogy) Year wise Marks Memos/Consolidated
  Memo.
• Date of Birth Certificate / SSC Certificate.
• Integrated Caste Certificate obtained after 1st April 2018, if applicable.
• Medical Board Certificate (for PH candidates issued by Competent Authority)
• Transfer Certificate of the Last Study.
• Migration Certificate for other than Dr. BRAOU Students.
• RCI Approved Diploma/Degree Pass Certificate.
• Intermediate / 10+2 Certificate.
• Study Certificates (IX to Degree) or Residence Certificate.
