CG SET 2019 Final Answer Key and Result has been Declared. CG SET is known as Chhattisgarh State Eligibility Test & it is conducted by the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur.

CG SET 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Candidate should have a PG degree from a recognized university/institute by UGC.
• Candidate must have passed with 55% marks.
• Candidates who have appeared or will be appearing at the qualifying Master’s Degree in final year examination whose qualifying examination has been delayed or whose result is still awaited are also eligible for the exam.
• Candidates with a reserved category will be getting 5% relaxation.

Age Limit:

• There is no age limit for appearing in CG SET 2019.

• Candidates must note that the CG SET Admit card is an essential document and they should carry to the exam center.
• Candidates can download the CG SET Admit Card from the official website.
• CG SET 2019 Admit Card Date has been Extended, Candidate can Download the Admit Card till 8th September 2019.
• No Physical Admit Card will be sent to students through the post.
• Candidates must not forget their Admit card on the day of the exam, otherwise, he/she shall not be allowed to seat in the exam.

CG SET 2019 Exam Result

CG SET Result has been disclosed on 24th June 2020 after the exam. CG SET Result has been declared on the official website. Candidate can view their result by providing their registration no on the official portal.

Procedure and Criteria for declaration of result

The following steps will be followed :

Step I: The number of candidates to be qualified (total slots or Eligibility for Assistant Professor) shall be equal to 6% of the candidates who appeared in both the papers of NET.

Step II: The total slots shall be allocated to different categories as per the reservation policy of the Chhattisgarh Government.

Step III: The number of candidates to be declared qualified in any subject for a particular the category is derived as per the methodology illustrated below

Example:

The aggregate percentage of the two papers corresponding to the number of slots arrived at, shall determine the qualifying cut-off for Eligibility for Assistant Professor „in Economics‟ for the SC category.
A similar yardstick shall be employed for deriving the subject-wise qualifying cut-offs for all categories.

CG SET Selection Procedure

The candidate’s Selection process will be done based on the performance in the CG SET Entrance Exam conducted by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of marks scored in the Entrance Exam.
