CHS Result 2018 has been released on 10th June 2018. . Central Hindu School which is one of most the best and largest schools in India and is affiliated to the C.B.S.E. This school is located at the Kamachha (called as the heart of the holy city, Varanasi) Varanasi. This school offers education to the students of all the cultures. Application Form 2018


The application will be available in online mode through official portal.The last date of Applying for the CHS was 31st March 2018. A candidate who wants to apply for admission has to fill all details and submit it before the due dates. The application will be canceled if submitted after the due dates. Candidates are advised before filling application read all details carefully. After filling form upload your passport size photo.

How to Apply –

The candidates willing to apply for the following course will have to apply online for the BHU CHS School Entrance Test through the official website of BHU.

The candidates will have to complete the procedure on or before the last date. For details, refer to the official notification.

Mode of Selection – The candidates will be selected on the basis of School Entrance Test.

  • You are required to fill the School Entrance Test 2018 Application Form ONLINE as the printed Information Bulletin-cum-Application Form will not be sold by the University.
  • After you have filled up the BHU SET 2018 Registration Form online, you are required to follow any one of the options for payment of BHU SET 2018.

 

 Application Fee


 

Candidates can pay application form fees through online and offline modes. Candidates have to pay application form fees according to their categories wise. Candidates of Category SC/ST have to pay Rs 200 and General/OBC candidates have to pay – Rs 400 for an application.

Through the Online medium, candidates can pay application fees such as credit/ debit card, e-banking etc. Once payment is made through online or remitted it will not be refunded back. Candidates are suggested to keep copies of filled application form for future use.

 

CHS Varanasi Application Fee

CHS Varanasi Application Fee can be paid either online through Net Banking/Debit card/credit card or through challan in any branch of HDFC Bank. The candidate has to pay CHS Varanasi SET 2018 application fee as given below.

Mode of Payment:-

a) Online payment through credit card/ debit card through the payment gateway available on the Entrance test portal.

b) Payment of Entrance Test Fee in Cash through “Challan” in any branch of HDFC Bank: After filling up the application form, its submission and selecting this mode for payment, the candidate can print the Challan from the entrance test portal. The printout of challan will\ contain all necessary details of the candidate, bank account details of the Banaras Hindu University in which the entrance test fee will be deposited and the exact amount to be deposited. The candidate will be required to visit any branch of the HDFC Bank of his/her choice where he/she will be required to deposit the requisite Fee amount to the Bank.

 

 

Eligibility criteria CHS 2018


Eligibility criteria are different for different courses. Below is given criteria of CHS check full criteria given sometimes candidates fail to know criteria which affect them at the time of taking admission. Candidates are provided eligibility criteria because a different course has different criteria.

Candidates are provided nationality, qualifications criteria, age criteria and minimum marks required etc. For Example criteria such as to apply for 8th standards, candidates must pass class VIII examination from a school. In opting Math’s (Science, Commerce, Arts) a candidate should have secured above 50% marks or equivalent grade in Math’s in Class X from the reputed school.

For class VI: 10 Years to 12 years age as on September 30, 2018 and passed class V examination from a school.

For class IX : 13 Years to 15 years age as on September 30, 2018 and passed class VIII examination from a school.

For class XI : 18 Years maximum age as on September 30, 2018, and passed class X examination from a recognized Board/University with the required percentage as under noted:

 

For external candidates (coming through SET):

 

1.Above  50%  marks or equivalent grade in aggregate for admission in Science Stream.  Above 50% marks or equivalent grade is essential in each, Science and Mathematics for admission to Science group.

 

  1. Above 40% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate for commerce.

 

  1. Class X passed for Arts stream. Central Hindu School (PATNA UNIVERSITY), Varanasi conduct admission test called CHS entrance test for admission in various classes. CHS is one of the best and largest schools in India and is affiliated to the C.B.S.E. and fully administered by the Banaras Hindu University (BHU).CHS entrance exam is a national level Exam.

 

 

 Paper Pattern


 

Exams pattern are provided to candidates which carry details like timetable, time of duration of exams, negative marks and which type question will be asked objective or MCQ and other etc. Through this candidates will get help to prepare for studies for exams. Candidates will be asked 25 questions from mathematics, physics, and chemistry each, also there are 10 questions from Hindi and English each and 5 questions from general knowledge.

Paper language is (English/Hindi) Candidates have to select any one language to write the paper in an examination. The language may be offered at core/elective level. The same language, however, cannot be offered both at core and level. Choice of subject combinations will be granted on the basis of merit list in ‘SET’ and subject to the availability of seats in the subject/combinations

  • A CHS exam is paper-pen based OMR school entrance test comprising of subjects in selected group.
  • Each question shall have multiple choices as such you need to circle the right answer for each question with a ballpoint pen.
  • In addition to this you also need to circle your Roll Number, Question Booklet No. and Set No on Question Booklet before attempting any question.
  • Please note that any error in darkening the Roll Number or writing set number will result in wrong evaluation of the Answer Sheet.
  • One language (English/Hindi) is compulsory. A candidate may however offer for two languages simultaneously.
  • The language may be offered at core/elective level. The same language however cannot be offered both at core and elective level.
  • Choice of subject combinations shall be granted strictly on the basis of merit in ‘SET’ and subject to the availability of seats in the subject/combinations.
  • For opting Maths (Science, Commerce, Arts) a candidate must have scored above 50% marks or equivalent grade in Maths in Class X.

 

Admit cards


Admit cards of CHS will be published 1 month before the exams. Admit cars carry details like name, address, center, time duration etc. candidates can download the admit cards from the official portal on online mode. Candidates who appear exams have to carry admit cards and id proof with them. It fails to carry, candidates will not allow attaining exams.

Keep copies of CHS hall tickets in case if hall ticket gets lost, miss placed etc Candidates can use it in place of the original. To Download admit cards type correct detail in web page details such as registration name, the birth of dates etc. after downloading admit cards from website take print copies of it and stick your passport size photos in specified place.

How to Download the Admit Card

Candidates can  follow the given simple steps to download admit card/hall ticket:

  • Visit the official link
  • Login by entering your Email ID, DOB & Roll No. or your Application Number & Verification Code.
  • Click on ‘Submit’ button.
  • Now, admit card displays on the screen.
  • Download and take the printouts of admit card for further references.

 

Result


Authority will be published results 1st on online. CHS Result can be check by candidates through official’s portal on online mode. Candidates who have appeared for exams can check their result on an online mode in official portal. No personally result certificates will be sent via post emails etc to candidates in the residential address by any authority. Candidates can check their result those who have to appear for exams.

To download result page candidates will be needed hall ticket and id proof details etc. Details such as seat number, Center, name etc. so, keep your hall ticket safe till the completion of an end. Candidates if wants to the safe page of result can save in laptop, computer or can take the screenshot on a phone if they needed. Take a print copy of result for future admission needs.

Answer key

Answer key will be published when exams get over by authority on official portal. Candidates can download the answer key of CHS on online mode.An answer key is provided so candidates can know their performance of the entrance exams and can estimate their marks/can calculate their score. This will help to prepare for further steps. Candidates should qualify and should be eligible to apply for admission.

 

SYLLABUS


To score good marks Prepare for exams from syllabus subject and don’t skip any single topic. Don’t get panic or confuse in exams because the hard question will be asked to test candidates IQ levels. All candidates are advised to score satisfaction marks prefer test book rather than unique, digest etc. Candidates of class IX, The test question will be of class VII standard topics will be asked from subjects English, Hindi, Mathematics, Social Science /GS and General Science.

For class XI : The test question paper will comprise of subjects (a) For Math’s Group asked will be asked from English, Hindi, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Gen. Studies subjects. And For Bio Group question will be from English, Hindi, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Gen. Studies.Candidates who are in Commerce & Arts Group they have to prepare from the English, Hindi, History, Geography, Economics, Political Science and Gen. Studies subjects as per the syllabus prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi for class X.


  • The entrance examination for the admissions in the Central Hindu School is conducted on a National Level and large numbers of students apply for the entrance examination.The present study guide for Class 11th Central Hindu School Entrance Examination 2017 has been divided into 10 parts namely:

  • The Biology section covers Tissue, Diversity of Living Organisms, Natural Resources, Life Processes, Reproduction, Inheritance & Evolution, etc whereas the History section covers Socialism in Europe & Russian Revolution, Nazism & the Rise of Hitler, Nationalism in Europe, The Making of a Global World, Nationalism in India, etc.
  • The Geography section covers Physical features of India, Drainage, Climate, Natural Vegetation & Wild Life, Population, Agriculture, etc.
  • The Civics section covers What is Democracy, Why Democracy, Electoral Politics, Working of Institutions, Democratic Rights, Power Sharing, Federalism, Political Parties, etc.
  • whereas the Economics section covers People as Resource, Poverty as a Challenge, Food Security, Money & Credit, Globalization, Consumer Rights, etc.
