CITD 2021 Application Form

CITD 2021 Application Form can be Filled till 22nd May 2021 for Diploma Courses. The applicants can check the below-mentioned details in order to get the information about the CITD 2021 Application Form. Applicants must note that the CITD 2021 Application process is important as without registering for admission the applicant will not be able to appear for the admission process. 

  • The authorities will release the CITD 2021 Application Form for the applicants who want to get admission to the institution. 
  • In order to complete the CITD, 2021 Application process applicants will have to register themselves on the website. 
  • On completion of the registration process, applicants will have to get the login credentials which should be saved for future usage.

  • Those applicants who want to get admission in Diploma courses (DTDM, DECE, DARE, and DPE) will have to pay Rs 350/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Fifty only) as CITD 2021 Application fee if they belong to the reserved category like SC, ST
  • The applicants who want to apply for getting admission in M.Tech or M.E. courses which are offered in the CITD institute will have to pay Rs 800/- (Rupees Eight Hundred only) as CITD 2021 Application fee if the belong to the general category
  • Those applicants who want to get admission in M.Tech or M.E. will have to pay Rs 400/- (Rupees Four Hundred only) as CITD 2021 Application fee if they belong to the reserved category like SC, ST
  • The CITD 2021 Application fee can be paid online mode by debit card, credit card, or net banking.

CITD 2021 Eligibility Criteria

The Eligibility criteria are different for each course. For the reference of the applicants, we have mentioned below the complete details about the CITD 2021 Eligibility Criteria that one should know before applying for the admission process

  • Nationality: Applicants must be Indian in order to apply for the admission process. 
  • International Applicants: Details about international applicants are not available. 
  • Age Limit: The age limit for the applicant is different for each category. It will be available on the official website. 

For Diploma courses: 

  • Lower Age Limit: The applicants should be more than 15 years at the time of admission. 
  • Upper Age Limit: At the time of admission applicants should be below 19 years of age as of 02 May 2020.
  • Relaxation: The reserved category applicants (SC, ST) have 5 years of relaxation on the age limit. 
  • Educational qualifications: For admission, it is important that the applicants must have passed the SSC class.
  • Minimum Marks (General category): More than 50 % of marks should be scored in the SSC exam in order to get admission
  • Minimum Marks (Reserved category): One must have scored a minimum of 45 % marks in the SSC exam to get admission to the institution. 

For M.Tech course:

  • Lower age limit: The authorities have not said about the lower age limit. 
  • Upper Age limit: The upper age limit of the applicant should be below 45 years of age at the time of admission. 
  • Minimum Marks: The applicants must have secured more than 55 % marks in the qualifying exams.
  • Recognition: The applicants should have passed the qualifying exams from an institution that is approved by AICTE (All India Council of Technical Education).

  • Work experience: The applicant who wants to apply must have a minimum of two years of full-time professional work experience after the completion of the qualifying exam. 
  • Recognition of work: The applicant must have worked from a Registered Firm/company / Industry / Educational and Research Institutions / Government Department / Autonomous organization in the relevant field. 
  • Selection criteria: The applicants will get admission on the basis of the merit in the written test which will be organized by the J.N.T.U.H, Hyderabad

For Industry Sponsored Applicants – M.E.

  • Work experience: The applicant who wants to apply must have a minimum of two years of full-time professional work experience after the completion of the qualifying exam in order to get admission. 
  • Recognition of work: The applicant must have worked from a Registered Firm/company / Industry / Educational and Research Institutions / Government Department / Autonomous organization in the relevant field. 
  • Lower age limit: The authority has not revealed the information about the lower age limit of the applicant. 
  • Upper age limit: The authorities have decided that they will provide admission to the applicants who are below the age of 45 years at the time of admission. 

CITD 2021 Paper Pattern

  • Duration: In order to solve the paper applicants will get one hour thirty minutes duration. 
  • Number of Questions
  • Type of Questions: Applicants will have to appear Multiple Choice Questions in the exam.

For M.Tech and M.E. course

  • Duration: Applicants will two hours duration to solve the question paper (120 minutes). 
  • Number of Questions: In the entrance exam applicants will have to appear 100 questions in total
  • Type of Questions: In the entrance exam applicants will have to solve Multiple Choice Questions (Objective type questions).

CITD 2021 Selection Procedure

In this section, we have provided the basic details for the reference of the applicants related to the selection process for admission to the CITD institution. The selection process given below is specified for its respective course as the selection criteria are different for each course. 

For Diploma courses

The authorities will select the applicants to provide admission in diploma courses on the basis of the CITD entrance exam. That means the applicants will be selected for getting admission in diploma courses on the basis of their performance in the CITD entrance exam.

The applicant who has secured well in the CITD 2021 entrance exam will be eligible to get admission in the diploma course

The official authorities will prepare a merit list cum result for the applicants in order to select the applicants for admission. The authorities will organize a Counseling session for the applicants on the basis of their results of the CITD entrance exam

For M.Tech and M.E. course

The authorities will provide admission to the applicants in the M.Tech and M.E. courses on the basis of the performance of the applicant in the Entrance Test. S

o on the basis of the ranks obtained by the applicants in the Entrance Test which is organized by the University College of Engineering, OU, Hyderabad the official authorities will provide admission to the applicants in the M.Tech or M.E. course

CITD 2021 Merit list

A result will be prepared by the official authorities of the CITD institution for the applicants and will be updated on the official website in online mode soon after the completion of the entrance exam. The official authorities will release the results in the form of the CITD 2021 Merit list

The applicants who have appeared for the entrance exam will be able to check the CITD 2021 Merit list on the notice board of the institution. As the authorities will display the CITD 2021 Merit list on the notice board of the CITD campus.
