CTET 2023 Application Form

The Application Form of CTET will be available through online mode on the official website of Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi for the December 2023 session and those candidates are wishing to apply in this Examination, can fill the Application Form online mode.

Candidates must have to upload the required scanned documents on the required field and also make the payment of the application fee at the time of filling the Application Form. Applicants can make the payment through online or offline mode and the application fee details mentioned below.

• There is no option to register through the offline mode.
• The CTET 2023 Application Form will be released from the 4th week of October 2023.
• The candidates can fill the CTET 2023 Application Form by the 4th week of November 2023.
• The candidates have to fill the application form carefully and correctly.
• Students must submit only one application form as multiple application forms for a single session will be rejected.
• Register with the working mobile number and the email address while filling the CTET 2023 Application Form.
• All the communication will be done on the registered mobile number and the Email address.
• The registration process includes steps such as: Filling the personal details, communicational details, academic details, selecting the state and exam center, selecting the identification type (any Body Mark), selecting gender, and DOB. Etc.
• The student must create the password with one special character and the password must not be less than 8 characters.
• Upload the scanned copy of the passport size photograph and the size of the photograph and signature must be from 10 to 100 KB and 3 to 30 KB respectively.
• The dimension of the photograph must be in the size of 5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height).

Procedure to fill CTET Application Form

Candidates can fill the Application Form of CTET by following the procedure mentioned below and they must have to follow it.

Registration and Filling Online Application Form

• Filling up of personal details: Candidate should fill his/her name, Mother’s name, and Father’s name, as recorded in the Class X Secondary Board Certificate, in CAPITAL letters. Mention Date of Birth as recorded in the Class X Secondary Board Certificate.
• Choice of Examination Centres.
• Languages offered for CTET.
• Question Paper Medium.
• Unique Aadhar No (Optional).
• Gender Select: Gender male and female.
• Category: Select category from General, SC, ST, and OBC.
• Status of the qualifying exam: Select the status from the drop-down menu box. If qualified, select ‘Passed’ else select ‘Appearing’ in the final exam.
• Employment Status.
• Applying for.
• College/educational institution.
• Address.
• Mobile No.
• E-mail Id.
• Security Pin.

Uploading of Photograph and Signature

Candidates have to upload Image and Signature as per the dimension and format are given below:

• The scanned images of the latest Photographs and Signatures should be in jpg format.
• The size of the photo image must be greater than 4 kb and less than 100 kb.
• The size of the signature image must be greater than 1 kb and less than 25 kb.
• Image Dimension of Photograph should be 3.5 cm (width) * 4.5 cm (Height) only.
• The image dimension of the Signature should be 3.5 cm (length) * 1.5 cm (Height) only.

Payment of Application

The application fee can be paid through Online and Offline mode.

• Remittance through E-Challan by depositing the prescribed fee in the CTET exam fee account with Syndicate Bank or Canara Bank.
• By Debit/Credit Card.
