CUCET Application Form 2020

CUCET 2020 Application Form has been released on 16th March 2020. The CUCET 2020 Application Form must be filled at a significant time. The application can be completed with details correctly respectively.

It is required to fill up the application form as per the specified instructions. The university will develop an official site to provide the students with the Application Forms for this CUCET 2020 Exam.

  • The exam body will provide the application form via a specific online process.
  • CUCET 2020 Application Form has been released on 16th March 2020.
  • Candidates can be filled the Application Form till 6th June 2020.
  • Candidates can fill the application form in online mode.

CUCET 2021

CUCET 2021 is the national level entrance examination conducted through ten Central Universities Jointly. This test is conducted to offer admission in various undergraduate, postgraduate & other courses.

In the various central universities across the country, admission will offer to them. The CUCET 2021 Application Form will start from the 2nd week of March to the last week of May 2021.

CUCET 2020 Eligibility Criteria

The applicants must check the eligibility criteria to secure admission in the desired course. Each university comes with varied Eligibility Criteria. There have been specified some of the eligibility factors going through which admission is confirmed.

Nationality: The aspirants must be Indian.

UG Courses: To apply for UG courses, aspirants must complete 10+2 or related examinations from the renowned university.

Integrated Courses: The students should clear Intermediate or related examination from any board.

PG Courses: They should possess a bachelor’s degree in the qualifying exam that might opt for.

M.Phill/Ph.D. Courses: The participating student should possess a Master’s degree.

Appearing Students: The final year students will also apply for this exam.


  • UG Courses: Candidates applying for the UG courses must have passed 10th and 12th level from a recognized board.
  • PG Courses: Candidates who are applying for PG courses must hold a Bachelor’s degree in the respective course.
  • Ph.D. Courses: Candidates applying for the M.Phil/Ph.D. courses must hold a Masters Degree from a recognized board.

CUCET 2020 Exam Pattern

Now coming to the Exam Pattern of CUCET 2020, you need to know the various schemes related to the exam to get success in the exam.

  • One mark will be assigned to the correct option.
  • There is a stipulation of negative marking. 0.25 marks will be removed for a respective incorrect option.
  • Part-A would specify the topics in English Language, general awareness, mathematical aptitude, and analytical skills of 25 MCQs.
  • Part-B would state the topics on Domain Knowledge which will be consisting of 75 MCQs.
  • This part will include one/two/three sections with each comprises 25 questions.
  • Mode: The exam will be conducted in the Offline (OMR-Based) mode.
  • Time Duration: The time duration for each paper will be 2 hours.
  • Type of Questions: The questions will be of multiple choice type.
  • Total Questions: There will be a total of 100 questions asked in the exam.
  • Marking: 1 mark awarded for each correct answer.
  • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.

CUCET 2020 Syllabus

To gets better exam preparation, you must know the syllabus for Integrated courses/MBA/ LLB/or any other common courses. There will only be one exam to be conducted in 150 objective questions.

It will specify the English language, reasoning, data interpretations/numerical ability, general awareness, and analytical skills. In addition to that, the syllabus for each course will be notified by a respective university on the official website.

Magnetic effect of current, matter, heat and thermodynamics, waves, electrostatics, current electricity, linear momentum and collision, rotational of a rigid body about a fixed axis, measurements, motion in one dimension, motions in two dimensions, the law of motions, power, and energy, work


Redox reactions, chemical bonding, general organic chemistry, thermodynamics, colligative properties of solutions, isomerism, polymers, the periodic table, electrochemistry, catalysis, colloids, chemical equilibrium and kinetics, acid-base concepts, solid-state, and petroleum, atomic structure


Trigonometry, probability, algebra, dynamic and statics, calculus, vector, co-ordinate geometry

CUCET 2020 Admit Card 

Students can get their CUCET to Admit Card 2020 online. Candidates will be able to download their CUCET 2020 Admit Card and have been available on 9th September 2020.

To download the admit cards candidates will have to enter their registration id and date of birth. The admit card will be available in online mode after the completion of the application process.

The officials will provide the Hall tickets for this exam on the same platform. Candidates can download the admit card from September 2020.

The Hall ticket will have all the necessary details for the candidates. The candidates must use these details such as registration no and password generated at the time of registration.

Admit cards will not be sent to any candidate by post or any other means. Candidates will get it by entering the application number.

CUCET 2020 Answer Key

The exam conducting authority has been released as a provisional answer key for the students. Candidates can check the answer key through online mode on 21st September 2020.

Through the answer key, candidates can calculate their marks obtained in the entrance exam.

If any candidate has any objection regarding the answer key, they can object to the answer key by providing proof. After then, the final answer key has been released 0n 30th September 2020

CUCET 2020 Result 

Before the declaration of the result, the answer key pops up on the website encompassing the correct answer to each question appearing in the exam. The CUCET Result will come off in online mode. It has been Declared on 17th October 2020.

Based on the declared result, the merit list will be determined by the specific university for offering admissions. The merit list will be prepared on the marks gained by students at the national level entrance exam.

The central universities will prepare the merit list for UG and PG students based on marks obtained by the students in the exam. Results published online can be checked by the students by entering their User id and password.

CUCET 2020 Cut Off

The Central Universities will release their CUCET 2020 cut off in online mode. The cut off will be prepared based on candidates’ performance in the common entrance examination.

Candidates have to score cut off marks to be eligible for admission in the universities. The cut off will be prepared based on various factors like availability of seats, candidates’ performance in the exam, etc.

CUCET 2020 Counselling 

The admission procedure will be organized at Central Universities for the students who have been singled out for each course. When the CUCET result is out, the Central Universities will bring about the counseling procedures on its websites.

After the announcement of the results, shortlisted candidates will be allowed to attend the counseling rounds. The universities will organize their separate counseling in online mode. Through the counseling, seats will be allotted to the candidates.

  • The merit list will form the base for securing admission into the desired course.
  • While counseling, they will be asked to choose the course for filling the desired seat in the university.
  • The CUCET 2020 Counseling includes seat distribution which requires students to attain a particular course.
  • The priority will be given to the scores of the CUCET 2020 Entrance Exam several other factors of PUs which is produced as per the decision of the university. Based on this merit list, aspirants are counted in for the counseling and the choice filling process.
  • The participating students must provide an acceptable and relevant document at the time of verification. If not, then they are sure to be dismissed.
