Christ University will issue CULEE 2018 Admit Card on April 23, 2018 in online mode. . The application form of CULEE 2018 is available in an online format. The candidates who are interested in admissions to five-year integrated undergraduate law degree programme can fill the CULEE application form 2018.

CULEE  is an abbreviation for  Christ University Law Entrance Examination (CULEE Law 2018) is a University level entrance examination for law students conducted by the Christ University, Authorities of the University. It is organized for admission in five-year integrated undergraduate law courses in the law colleges which are affiliated with this University. This exam is commonly known as CULEE. The CULEE  will be conducted whose date will be specified by us soon.

The admission to law colleges of India can be taken by qualifying CULEE. There are various law colleges in the state offering various LLB seats for the undergraduates and LLM seats for postgraduates of CULEE . The entrance exam that is CULEE  will be conducted in offline mode. The Instructions, Rules, and regulations are decided by the Christ University, Authorities of Christ University and in compliance with all the rules and regulations of CULEE authorities and the relevant Authorities orders in place.

There are certain criteria that the candidate needs to satisfy even after passing the examination CULEE. These are Eligibility Criteria and set as per the rules of government in CULEE and is the way to admission in LLB courses of the affiliated colleges. CULEE Admission conducts entrance based admission to LLB and LLM courses. The admissions to undergraduate law colleges were taken on the basis of CULEE earlier. Candidates seeking admissions in the undergraduate law programs across the participating University law schools were needed to apply for CULEE by Christ University 2018. This exam will be conducted in the last week of April 2018.

CULEE Admission conducts entrance based admission to LLB and LLM courses. The admissions to postgraduate law colleges was taken on the basis of CULEE Law earlier. Candidates seeking admissions in the undergraduate law programs across the participating University level law schools or University affiliated law colleges were needed to apply for CULEE India 2018 by end of December this year.

CULEE Admit Card


The admit card for CULEE is provided online to the candidates appearing for the CULEE. The admit card is accessed by the candidates on the CULEE Law portal. The admit card for Under Graduate was issued via online mode from the third week of May 2018. The admit card for CULEE is issued by Christ University and the authorities of the University.

The candidates can download the admit card from the official website of the CULEE Law. The admit card will not be sent via post to any of the appearing candidates. The admit card of CULEE will contain following details like candidates name, date of birth, photo, signature, exam center and roll number. This information of the candidate will be based on the applicant’s CULEE application form. In case any candidate finds any mistake in their CULEE admit card 2018 details including their names and date of birth, they need to bring it to the notice of exam officials, immediately and get it verified or corrected by the authorities of CULEE.

Steps to download or get admit card for CULEE

The candidates are advised to take print out of the admit card and take this admit card with themselves on the exam center. CULEE Application forms 2018


CULEE application form is available in online mode. The University appoints authorities to conduct the centralized online counseling for the academic session of CULEE 2018-19. All the applicants are required to fill the form in order to appear for CULEE Law courses. CULEE exam or application form is released by the Christ Universities and its authorities. Once the candidate has registered for the law school admission test, a confirmation email will be sent to his/her registered mail account. The candidates filling the application form should make sure that they are filling the correct information otherwise they will not be allowed to sit for the examination. There are certain documents that are required during CULEE application form filling. This application form filling includes documents such as scanned copies of their signature and passport size photograph.

The application form of CULEE will demand information like gender, mobile number, parents’ names, gender, mobile number, community, category,  and caste details as well as the choice of exam center and the digital versions of candidate’s photograph and signature.

CULEE Application fees


Once the candidate is done with filling the form online the next step is to pay the application fees.  To complete their CULEE Counselling registration, candidates need to sign the counseling register and pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1000  Different categories have fees for the application form of CULEE. The payment can be done through net banking and various other options: Debit Card/ Demand Draft/ Bankers Cheque/ Pay Order. The payment mode is only online and Online payment can be done through Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card. The fees is non-refundable.

CULEE Eligibility Criteria


There is certain rules or conditions set by the official authority of the CULEE authorities which an applicant needs to satisfy to appear for the CULEE. The applicants can look for all the eligibility criteria one needs to satisfy and should contain all the documents proving that applicants satisfying those criteria.

Here are some of the criteria which an applicant should satisfy:

  • Academic Qualification


    1. Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination from any state board or any other recognized educational board.
    2. Candidates must have secured at least 45% marks in aggregate of all the subjects in the qualifying examination.

    Age Criteria


    Candidates seeking admissions to BA LLB and BBA LLB programs should not be more than 20 years of age as on July 1, 2018, as per the Christ University guidelines.

    Other Conditions


    1. Candidates appearing for the final examinations of 10+2 standard are also eligible to apply for  CLUEE by Christ University Law Entrance Examination 2018.
    2. Candidates can apply irrespective of their stream in 10+2 standard i.e. Humanities/ Science/ Commerce.

Reservation for CULEE


The reservation for the candidates who are from different categories has different rules set by CULEE. The rules and regulations are defined by the CULEE. All the candidates must strictly follow the rules defined by the CULEE for the entrance exam conducted by Christ University.

NOTE: The candidate should note that the in-case of any discrepancy the candidate’s admission will be canceled and the seat will not be given to the candidate instead will be allotted to any other candidate.

CLUEE Result


CLUEE Result 2018 for LLB courses.  The result will be announced online on the official portal of CLUEE Law by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra. The result for CLUEE is declared in the first week of May 2018. The result will consist of the merit list on the basis of marks of the candidates. The candidates will be called on the basis of merit list for the counseling. The CULEE authority releases result for different courses provided by the university. The Result of CULEE has been announced by Christ University and its authorities. The test scores and result of Christ University and its University conducting the law examination ie CULEE will be reported on a percentile basis. As per CULEE 2018 result, each test-takers’ performance will be compared to others of candidates group, classified as the five-year integrated undergraduate and two-year post graduate.

The correct number of questions answered by the candidate will decide the result. There will be a total of 150 questions and candidate will be able to tick maximum correct out of it. Applicants should download the result and should preserve the score till the admission procedure is complete for further use in CULEE.

CULEE Counselling


The applicants scored marks, which are above the cutoff, are eligible for the admission procedure in the CULEE and after that counseling procedure starts. The list will be released for the candidates who get selected for the admission procedure through their own defined procedure by CULEE authorities.  The counseling will be conducted via offline mode. The counseling for CULEE is conducted by as per the procedure defined by the Christ University in context to CULEE.

 All the candidates will be assigned a center for the counseling process and candidates have to report to their respective center and on the given date by the authorities of CULEE. Candidates will also have to present a list of official documents for verification and xerox copies of the same for submission. Candidates should ensure they submit only the correct information at the time of CULEE Counselling process as it will be used for their seat verification.

The counseling is done on the basis of rank provided to the candidate. The counseling will be on the basis of the candidate’s rank. When the candidates are called for the counseling procedure the candidates have to take original documents with them. The documents will go through the verification process by the authorities. There will be numerous seats available for the LLB counseling to be filled by the candidates by clearing CULEE entrance examination.

After the successful tests and verification, the candidate can appear for the admission in the CULEE. It is important for the candidate to be present physically for the counseling and if the candidates fail to be present on the day of the counseling than the candidate’s seat will be canceled. Nowadays as provided by the online option the candidate can choose and fill their preferences of colleges and courses online in the official website of CULEE.

The seats are allotted purely on the basis of marks secured in the entrance exam and merit list prepared on that marks. The CULEE counseling will be done in offline mode only.

List of Documents Required at the Time of Admission


Candidates will be required to produce the following documents in original with two sets of self-attested photocopies at the time of admission.

  • Class 10th mark sheet
  • Class 12th mark sheet
  • 2 recent passport size photograph and 2 stamp size photograph
  • Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate (from Institute last studied at)
  • Fee Receipt Copy (bank challan)

CULEE Exam Pattern


 Different academic courses have different exam pattern offered by the Institute. The exam CULEE conducted by Christ University will announce the exam pattern for India differently. The undergraduate entrance exam will be based on OMR examination. The exam will be offline that is it will be a pen paper based examination. The duration for the examination of CULEE will be for 2 hours. There will be the total of 120 questions which will be multiple choice questions (objective based). The CULEE Examination will be standard for the entrance examination. The candidate will be successful securing of marks for the correct answer and there will be negative marking.

Some details about the subject and is mentioned because it is important as well as common in all the law entrance exam.

  • English – The section consists of questions focusing various areas including Vocabulary (synonyms, antonyms, analogies etc.), Proficiency (idioms and phrases, one word substitution, improvement and rearrangement of sentences, fill in the blanks etc.), English usage errors (common errors, spotting errors in sentence, inappropriate usage of words, spelling mistakes etc.) and English comprehension and passages.
  • General Knowledge with Current Affairs – The questions from this section include topics such as History (Ancient, Medieval and Modern), Geography, General Science, Economics, and Civics, besides issues from the last one year mentioned as Current Affairs. The objective of this section is to assess candidates’ knowledge of recent happenings and awareness of the world.
  • Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning – The section tests candidates’ interest towards study of law and thus comprises questions concerning legal aptitude and problem-solving abilities. The questions are framed with the help of legal prepositions and set of facts to which the said prepositions need to be applied. Some prepositions may not be true in the real sense and candidates need to assume fact of these prepositions (prepositional truth) and answer the questions drawing well supported conclusions.
  • Logical and Analytical Reasoning – The section tests candidates’ ability to identify patterns, logical links and rectify illogical arguments. It includes questions relating to wide analogies, completing arguments, drawing well-supported conclusions, reasoning by analogies, applying principles and rules. Further, the objective of this section is to measure the ability to understand the structure, relationship and to draw logical conclusions about the structures. It includes reasoning from the set of statements and rules and principles that describes the relationship among persons, things or events.
  • Mathematical Aptitude – This section is to test the candidates’ interest in Mathematics which would broadly include numerical ability. The Mathematical questions will be of standard 10thincluding various topics like profit and loss, speed and distance, time and work, algebra, average, and Venn diagram.
