DNB PDCET 2019 Mock Test has been Released Now. DNB PDCET 2019 Admit Card has been Released on 8th December 2018. The DNB PDCET Exam will be conducted on 14th December 2018. DNB CET full form is Diplomate National Board Centralized Entrance Test, and it is a national level examination.

From this DNB CET 2019 exam candidates will get admission into the DNB PG & DNB super specialty courses. Candidates offer admission to DNB postgraduate courses by the DNB CET 2019 is a qualifying-cum-ranking examination.

Through this exam, candidates can get into post-DNB/MD/MS Super Specialty courses is Diplomate National Board Centralized Entrance Test – Super Specialties (DNB-CET SS).

DNB CET 2019 exam will be held twice in a year (January and June Session). By NEET PG score admission into DNB PG courses will be done, For 2019 (January session).

DNB CET 2019 Application Form

Online registration & scheduling of DNB CET 2019 will start from 1st week of May 2019.

Candidates have to fill and submit DNB CET 2019 application before the due date mentioned on the website.

  • Candidates have to apply for DNB CET 2019 through online mode only.
  • Before filling, application candidates are instructed to go through the information.
  • Candidates cannot submit the DNB CET 2019 Application form via offline mode.
  • DNB PDCET 2019 Registration has been Started (For January Session) on 16th October 2018.
  • DNB PDCET 2019 Registration Last Date (For January Session) is 6th November 2018.
  • For June session, Counselling Registration will be started from 2nd week of May to last week of May 2019.
  • While registration Candidates have to choose the exam center, date and time.
  • Candidates needed to fill all the required details in the application form carefully.
  • After filling application candidates have to Upload a photograph (Dimension: 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, Size: Less than 80 KB) & signature (Dimension: 6 cm x 3 cm, Size: Less than 80 KB) in a JPEG & JPG format.

Application Fee:

After submitting the online application, candidates should keep printed copies of the application and slip. All candidates have to pay application fees; application fees can be paid through online mode.

  • The DNB PDCET Application Fee (For January Session) is Rs.4500/-
  • Applicants can pay the fee through a payment gateway of credit card/debit card/net banking.
  • The application fee is non-refundable.

DNB CET 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates have to check the DNB PDCET 2019 Eligibility Criteria so they can check whether they are eligible to apply or not. For more information candidates have to look below the given criteria. Below is provided DNB CET 2019 eligibility criteria containing Qualifying Exam, Appearing candidates and Age criteria, etc.

Applicants can get the eligibility criteria details of DNB CET (June session) from this section:

  • Qualifying Exam: Applicants should hold the MBBS/ Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate recognized by Medical Council of India.
  • Appearing candidates: Candidates who are in possession of postgraduate medical degrees/Provisional Pass Certificates by 31st August 2019 are eligible to apply.
  • Applicant should complete their three years of rotatory training by 31st August 2019.
  • Candidate must be registered with M.C.I./State Medical Council, and proof must be furnished at the time of counseling.

DNB CET Exam Pattern 2019

DNB CET 2019 Entrance exam is organized in online mode means computer-based mode.

Questions paper should be completed within 3½ hours duration. The question will be in Multiple Type Questions asked in the examination.

The exam pattern (June session) details are mentioned below:

  • Session: The exam shall be conducted on a single day in a single session.
  • Mode of Exam: Exam will be conducted in online mode (CBT).
  • Section: The question paper shall comprise PART-A and
    PART-B.
  • Total Questions: Each section has 150 questions which will be asked in the question paper.
  • Type of Questions: Multiple Type Questions will be asked in the exam.
  • The medium of Exam: The question paper will be published in the English language only.
  • Duration: The duration of each section will be of 3½ hours.
  • Marking Scheme: For the correct answer, four marks will be given to the candidates.
  • Negative Marking: There will be 25% negative marking for incorrect answer.
  • Syllabus: The questions cover topics from Applied basic sciences, clinical practice, and Recent advances.

Preparation Tips (How to Prepare) 2019

  • Candidates should make a proper timetable for study according to the syllabus.
  • Make a perfect strategy to solve the questions and give an answer in the minimum period.
  • Revise all topics from the chapter.
  • Give equal time to all subjects according to the timetable.

DNB CET Syllabus 2019

Candidates should study from the DNB CET 2019 syllabus prescribed by the authority on websites. DNB CET 2019 syllabus shall comprise of subjects /knowledge areas as per the Graduate Medical Education Regulations issued by Medical Council of India with prior approval of Government of India.

DNB CET Admit Card 2019

Authority will issue the DNB CET 2019 Admit cards once the registration and scheduling process complete.

Candidates can get the admit card through online mode on the official website.

  • DNB PDCET 2019 Admit Card will be Available (for January Session) on 2nd week of December 2018.
  • DNB PDCET 2019 Mock Test has been Released Now.
  • The admit card contains details like candidate’s name, roll number, exam date, time, exam venue and other details.
  • Candidates must note that all candidates have to carry valid admit cards along with one ID proof in the examination without it candidates will not be allowed to appear in the exam.
  • .Candidates have to report to the examination center within prescribed time along with documents as mentioned in the Admit Card and Information Bulletin.

Candidates may note that late entry to the examination center is not allowed. On the day of the exam, applicants have to bring the given below documents with them:

  • The printed copy of Admit card with a photo posted on it.
  • Photocopy of permanent or provisional SMC/MCI registration.
  • Anyone of the ID proof (Pan Card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhaar Card (with photograph).
  • DNB CET 2019 Answer Key will be available after the exam.

DNB CET 2019 Result 

For admission candidates have to score the minimum qualifying marks for general category is 50% above, 40% and above for SC/ST/OBC and Person with the disability, it will be 45% and above. On May 2019 (DNB-CET) first mock allotment will be declared.

  • Candidates can check DNB CET 2019 result by entering applicant’s Testing ID and Date of Birth.
  • DNB PDCET 2019 Result (For January Session) will be Declared on 15th January 2019
  • DNB CET 2019 result will be released for June session By last week of July 2019; this Result will be only for the current admission session, i.e., June 2019 session only.
  • Authority will publish the DNB CET 2019 Results through online mode from the official portal.
  • Candidates will be shortlisted for admission by candidates marks scored by them in the examination.
  • Candidates are suggested to take the printout of the result for further admission process.

DNB CET Counselling 2019

Eligible candidates will participate in the DNB CET 2019 counseling for allocation of seats on merit cum choice basis. The centralized counseling for both exams will be conducted by the NBA.

  • Selection of candidates will be based on merit prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the examination.
  • Candidates who are invited for counseling have to carry all original required documents along with their photocopies for the verification process.

DNB CET SS Counselling:

The counseling for DNB CET SS is starting from 20th March 2019. It is conducted through offline mode in New Delhi, at National Board of Examinations, PSP Area, Sector-9, Dwarka (Landmark: Opp. District Court, New Delhi) as per the prescribed schedule. Candidates are advised to report to the counseling venue at the prescribed time. Candidates have to be present in person on the day of counseling with Rank Letter.

  • The allotment of seats will be made to the eligible candidates only
    through personal appearance and they shall be called in batches in
    order of their group-specific merit position.  The counseling fee is Rs. 2500. It can be submitted at the time of online submission of Opting out the form through online or offline mode. Candidates are required to bring one of the following Govt issued valid identity card in original at the time of counseling:
  • PAN card
  • Aadhaar Card (with photograph)
  • Indian Passport
  • Voter ID card
  • Driving License
  • MCI/SMC Registration certificate bearing photograph of the candidate.
  • No other ID proof will be accepted

Documents Required

Candidates should bring the given documents in original along with self-attested photocopies:

  • Rank Letter.
  • MBBS Degree certificate
  • DNB CET SS Result Certificate.
  • MBBS Degree Certificate.
  • Permanent Registration certificate.
  • DNB/MD/MS Degree certificate or Provisional pass certificate.
  • Matriculation/High School/Higher Secondary Certificate as a proof of Date of Birth.
  • Proof of declaration of result
  • Proof of training completion
  • Any document (Bonafide certificate/Mark sheet/Attempt Certificate etc. issued by the concerned institution/medical college) confirming the name of the institution/medical college from where the MD/MS qualification was pursued.
  • Any other relevant certificate or document.

    Hi,I completed MCh plastic surgery and held the degree.but it is only permitted but not recognised.Mt MS DEGREE is recognised…Am eligible to appear for DNB FINAL SUPER SPECIALITY EXAMS
