• The original certificate states a candidate belongs to a particular category(SC/ST/OBC etc.).
• Latest Income Certificate of parents (applicable only to the candidates belonging to the OBC category) original and one self-attested photocopy.
• Class X Board Examination Certificate for age verification
• Class X Marksheet
• Class XII Marksheet
• Class XII Provisional Certificate / Original Certificate
• Character Certificate (recent)
• SC/ST/PWD/CW Certificate (in the name of the candidate) issued by the competent authority
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate (in the name of the Candidate) issued by the competent authority. In case the OBC Certificate is before 1st April 2015, then proof for the Non-Creamy Layer Status.
