GCET  2019 Exam DatesGCET 2019 Spot Rond Admission Notification has been Released now. The GCET is referred to as the Goa Common Entrance Test. GCET is a state level entrance exam which is managed by the Directorate of Technical Education, Goa. The GCET entrance exam is conducted so candidates can get admission into Architecture, Engineering, And Many Other Courses.

GCET 2019 Result & Answer Key has been Released on 11th May 2019. The GCET exam 2019 has been held on 7th May 2019 and 8th May 2019. Various government & private colleges & institutions of Goa state accept the GCET score for admissions into different courses. Through NEET score candidate can enter into MBBS  and access to B.Arch course will be done on the basis NATA exam score obtained by candidates.

GCET 2019 Counselling

After the Declaration of the Result, the authority will publish the admission form to participate in the consultation. Applicants can begin to complete the admission form as of the 17th May 2019. GCET 2019 Counseling has been Started on 17th May 2019.

After each round of counseling, the authority will publish the names of the candidates selected for admission to the admission list. Applicants must inform the assigned university with all the necessary original documents after the assignment of the seat.

GCET 2019 Result

GCET 2019 Result has been Declared on 11th May 2019 an online official portal. Authority will release results after a month of exam. Candidates will be not be given results Individual to any candidates. A merit list will be prepared on the bases of the candidates score marks in the entrance exam. Keep copies of the results for the admission process.

GCET Application Form 2019

The GCET 2019 Offline Application form has been Available on 25th March 2019. Candidates can fill application by Download the application form from the official portal on online and take a printout of it. Candidates fill the application form in their own handwriting. And write in clear and understandable handwriting.  Application forms of GCET will be available from the last week of March.  Fill all details in the application form carefully and upload your Paste recent photograph in the application form.

The detailed application process is given below:

  • Download the application form and take the printout of it.
  • Candidates must fill the application form in their handwriting.
  • GCET 2019 Offline Registration has been Started Now.
  • The GCET 2019 Offline Application form has been available on 25th March 2019.
  • Candidates can be Submitted Offline Form till 30th March 2019.
  • GCET 2019 Offline Application Form can be Submitted till 26th April 2019 with Late fee
  • Candidates are required to fill all details in the application form carefully.
  • Paste recent photograph on the application form.
  • Attach all the required documents like DD, qualifying exam certificates, etc. with the application form.
  • Candidates have to submit the application form at the notified locations (as per center opted), on specified dates, along with self-attested copies of required documents.

Application Fee

Keep print copies of filled application form for further needs. All candidates have to pay formality application fees as mentioned. Application form fees can be paid by candidates through Demand Draft. Once an application form fee is paid by candidates, it will not be refunded back.

  • The application fee for GCET 2019 will be Rs. 1500/-.
  • Candidates have to submit the application fee by making Demand Draft.
  • The late fee will be charged if the candidate will fill the form after the last date of submission of application form.
  • The demand draft should be made in favor of “Director of Technical Education” payable at Panaji from any scheduled bank.

GCET 2019 Eligibility Criteria

All candidates must know eligibility criteria given. Check whether you fulfill all criteria or not. To apply for BHMS & AHS candidates have to pass the 10+2 of Goa Board or its equivalent examination with English with Physics, Chemistry & Biology subjects and with minimum 50% marks for general, 40% marks for SC/ST and OBS. And to apply for B.Sc Nursing: Candidates should be passed HSSC in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with minimum 45% marks aggregate and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC category.

Before filling the application form candidates can check their eligibility criteria given below:

Nationality:

  • Candidates should be Indian Nationals.
  • Non-resident Indians with the valid passport can also apply under seat reserved for NRI category.
  • Overseas citizens of India (OCI), Persons of Indian origin (PIO) are eligible for admissions to seats under NRI category.

Age limit Criteria:

  • Homeopathy, Ayurveda, Allied Health Sciences, Dentistry, and Nursing: candidates must have completed their 17 years of age as or on 31st December of the year of admission.
  • Pharmacy, Engineering, and Architecture: There is no age limit, minimum or maximum has been mentioned for admission to these courses.

Qualification Criteria:

  • BHMS & AHS: Must pass the 10+2 of Goa Board or its equivalent examination with English with Physics, Chemistry & Biology subjects with minimum 50% marks for general, 40% marks for SC/ST and OBS.
  • B.Sc Nursing: Candidates must pass HSSC in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with minimum 45% marks aggregate and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC.
  • Engineering: Candidates must pass 10+2 or equivalent with English, Mathematics, and Physics as compulsory subjects with additional subject among one of the Biotechnology/Computer Science/Biology/Chemistry.Must have secured 45% for general & 40% for reserved categories.
  • B. Pharma: Passed 12thor equivalent exam with English, Chemistry & Physics as compulsory subjects & any one of the following Bio-Technology, Mathematics, Biology & Computer Science.
  • B. Arch: Passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with Mathematics subjects securing 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST & OBC). Candidates must have qualified the NATA exam.

GCET 2019 Exam Pattern

GCET 2019 Exam has been Held on 7th May to 8th May 2019.  GCET 2019 Exam Pattern, Total 75 Number of Questions will be asked in each paper. 2 hours will be given to complete each paper in the exam. There is no negative marking mentioned for no answering or incorrect answer. 1 mark will be given for each correct answer. Question asked will be consist of Multiple Choice Question. Question asked will be from Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry syllabus subjects.

  • Number of Questions: Each paper will be consisting of 75 questions.
  • Exam Duration: Two hours will be given for each paper.
  • Negative Marking: There is no negative marking.
  • Marking Scheme: One mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
  • Question Paper Pattern: The pattern of the question paper will be based on OMR sheet.
  • Type of Question: it will consist of Multiple Choice Question.

GCET 2019 Syllabus

The GCET 2019 Syllabus curriculum will be based on the curriculum prescribed by the Goa Board of Secondary and Secondary Education. The program will be established from the examination of Standard XII (Sciences) for the current year. The subjects that will be included in the GCET program are physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology.

GCET 2019 Admit Card has been Available now After Submission Offline Application Form. All appearing Candidates for exam those successfully submitted their application form can download their admit card. Through online official portal candidates can download their application form.
