GLA University Entrance Test which is known as GLAET is conducted by the authority of GLA University. Through this exam candidate will get opportunity to enter into various UG and PG level programmes including BTech, BTech(Lateral Entry), BPharma, BPharma(Lateral Entry), BBA, BBA(Family Business), BBA(Hons), BCom, BCA, MCA, MCA(Lateral Entry), MBA, MBA(Logistics and Supply Chain Management), MTech, MPharma, BSc, MSc, DPharma, BEd and Diploma in Engineering. GLAET 2018 Application Form


 

The main step is to get registered them in university. The application will be available on official portal. The application can be filled through either online or by offline mode. Candidates have to pay application fees Rs 700/-(Entrance fee for B. Ed, Diploma in engineering & for D Pharma is Rs 500). It can be paid by online mode credit/ debit / and E-banking etc. candidates are advised to keep print copies of filled application form for further use.

 

ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS

  • Visit official website of GLA University
  • Students have to pay entrance fees of INR 700 for all the courses but in the case of D.Pharm, Diploma in Engineering and B.Ed courses they have to pay INR 500.
  • Online payment is done through Credit card, Debit card or Net banking.
  • Offline payment can be made through cash or demand draft.
  • After the successful registration, students will receive unique Registration ID and Password on registered e-mail id.

OFFLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS

  • Students may download the registration form from the official website of the university.
  • They have to send the filled in application form in an envelope along with the demand draft of INR 700 as application fees.
  • Application fee amount depends on the course applied.
  • Applicants have to mention their name and unique ID on the back of demand draft.
  • On the back side of the envelope, students have to mention “Offline GLAET – 18 Registration for ‘name of the course’”.

 GLAET 2018 Eligibility Criteria


All candidates who want to apply should be qualified and eligible. To get admission to University candidates have to score good mark in GLA entrance test, JEE Mains & JEE Advanced scores are also acceptable for admission. To get enter in B.Pharm and D.Pharm courses, candidates should be of age 16 years as on December 31, 2018, and for B.Pharm (Lateral Entry) candidates should be of 17 years of age as on December 31, 2017. Candidates have to check criteria given below because different courses ha different eligibility criteria.

GLAET 2018 Exam Pattern


 

All candidates apply for BTech have to check the exam pattern. In exam pattern candidates will find the exam time, date, total number of marks, total no. Question asked, and subject etc. Paper will be of 2 hours and every candidate has to complete paper on the given time because no extra time will be provided to any candidates. Question asked will be from syllabus subject Physics-20 questions will be asked, Maths-45 and English-25. An exam paper total mark is 90.

 

  • The time duration to complete the entrance test is 2 hours.
  • The paper will be comprised
  • 90 multiple choice questions
  • 45 objective type questions will be from Mathematics
  • 20 objective type questions will be from Physics subject
  • 15 objective type questions will come from English subject
  • 10 Questions will be from chemistry subject
  • The test will be conducted in online mode only.
  • For every correct answer, 4 marks will be awarded
  • For every wrong attempt, 1 mark will be deducted

GLAET 2018 Admit Card


 

All candidates appear for an exam has to download their Admit cards as per scheduled dates. On official portal of GLAET authority will publish the admit cards and admit cards can be downloaded from the month of May. The admit card contains details such as Candidate’s Name, Address, contact details, exam centers etc and important information. Keep your admit cards safe until the completion of an exam.

GLAET exam result will announce in the month of June. Candidates have to visit the official website of GLAET to check your Result. The authority of university will release the separate merit list for every course. Keep your results print copies because it will be needed at the time of admission procedures, scorecards show the candidate’s merit position, score-card with total marks, marks obtained in each subject.
