How to Fill ATMA 2024 Application Form (Available) – Step-by-Step Guide Here

ATMA 2024 February Session Application Form has been available on 30th November 2023. ATMA 2024 was conducted by the AIMS (Association of Indian Management Schools) authority. This exam is a national-level test for admission to various institutions of management.

Administered multiple times annually, the AIMS Test of Management Admissions simplifies the application process for MBA/PGDM/MCA and other management courses. ATMA 2024 scores are acknowledged by numerous esteemed institutions and universities across India, rendering it a pivotal assessment for aspirants seeking entry into various management programs.

Candidates can enter the MBA/ PGDM/MCA and many other management courses through their exams. Various institutions/universities within India accept the score of the ATMA 2024 Exam.

ATMA 2024 Registration

Candidates can Fill in the Application on the official portal online mode. Applier wants to apply to have to fill out and submit an application before the deadline issued by the authority.

• Candidates will be able to fill ATMA application form online mode only.
• ATMA 2024 February Session Registration has been started on 30th November 2023. 
• Candidates have to submit a filled application before 11th February 2024.
• For the registered Application, paying the fee before the last date of the Application is mandatory.
• In the Application, fill the details like Full name, Correct Email ID, Mobile No, Date of Birth, etc.
• Candidates are advised to keep printed copies of at least two of the submitted application form.

ATMA Application Fee

Application fee payment can be made through online mode. Once made, it will be neither refunded nor transferable to any candidates.

• The application fee for ATMA will be Rs.1298/-for for each category candidate.
• The candidates can use the debit/credit card to make payments.
• The application fee will neither transferable nor refundable in any circumstances.

STEP 1: Payment of Fees

•  The registration process for ATMA Exam starts with the Payment of Fees.
  The Registration Fee for the ATMA exam is ₹1298/- (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Eight Only). The exam fee can be paid using a Debit or Credit Card only. The facility for payment of a fee in Cash / DD / Cheque / Internet Banking is unavailable.
•  Concession in Fees: 

– 25% Concession in Fees is applicable for Women candidates
– 50% Concession applies to candidates from the North Eastern States of India (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura).
– to proceed with the Payment of Fees.

STEP 2: Personal Identification No. (PID)

•  Once the fee is paid, the candidate will receive a system-generated Personal Identification Number (PID) on their Mobile by SMS and Email. The candidate can search for PID or Password if the same is not received. Please save this PID for future reference. The same PID shall be the candidate’s Login ID for the Re-Print of the application form, Print of Admit Card, and Result.

STEP 3: Filling Registration Form 

•  Once the payment of the Fee is booming and the PID is received, the candidate can proceed to fill out the Registration Form. The following information is required to be filled in the registration form. PID, Name (You need to click the FETCH NAME Button to fetch the Name from the database.), Postal Address, Email Id, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Preferred Test City Choice, Educational Qualifications, Exact Percentage of SSC, HSC, Degree (In case the candidate appears, mention “NA”) Post graduation/Professional Degree if applicable, Post qualification experience, if any, and choice of Institutes for reporting ATMA Scores.
• Uploading a Scanned Image of the Candidate’s Photograph and Signature in the prescribed format is necessary to complete the registration process. The registration process completes only after the Scanned image of the Candidate’s Photograph and Signature is uploaded. Every candidate shall be given a login password once the registration process is complete. This password shall be sent by SMS and Email.

STEP 4: Printing Admit Card 

•  Once the registration is complete, a candidate can proceed with Printing the Admit Card. However, Admit card can be printed in the Last week of February 2024 Onward.

General Instruction

•  The candidate MUST carry their admitted card to appear for the test. Candidates without the admit card will not be allowed to appear for the test.
•  Change of test centre is not allowed, except in case of valid reasons in exceptional cases where the change request is made well in advance, i.e., a minimum of 10 days before the test day. The change of the test centre is subject to the availability of seats in the desired centre and the approval of the test administrator.
•  The registration fee, once paid, is non-refundable and non-transferable to other tests.
•  If the candidate has a query, they may email the ATMA Secretariat at this email ID – atma.secretariat@gmail.com. Candidates are to state their PID and Test Date in the email.
