Procedure to Fill Uttarakhand Polytechnic JEEP 2024 Application Form

• The Application Form has been available from 20th January 2024 for online mode.
• Candidates can fill out an Online Application form by 15th April 2024.
• The Offline Application form will be available from 1st February 2024 from available polytechnic colleges.
• Applicants must fill in all the required details, such as personal, educational, communication, and course details, during the registration.
• Candidates should have to upload scanned images of the photograph and signature.
• If candidates have entered any incorrect details, they will not get the facility of application form correction, so write all the details correctly while filling out the application form.
• The applicants cannot fill the multiple registrations for the same course/group.
• To apply to each group and course, candidates have to fill out a separate application form.
• After filling in and submitting the details, applicants must take a printout of the confirmation page for further use.
