  5. Igor Kozlovskiy says:

    Hi!

I have developed a physical training program with my own weight 5×4 program. Main application: circuit training (5 rounds, 4 laps). The purpose of the training: general physical preparedness. The nearest prototypes and analogues: Navy SEAL Workout and 5BX Plan.

I agree with the reasoning that hand-to-hand martial art for the army should be simple and effective. Also, physical training should be simple, effective, do not require equipment and long free time. My 5×4 Program meets these conditions.

The 5×4 Program is published in the Journal Military Knowledge 2021-09. Publication in Russian. I can translate the material for you, and it’s better if you have a person who speaks Russian.
