Once the decision has been made and one is ready to invest a large amount of time in this preparation, one must remain committed to the preparation.

Further touch points to be followed are as follows :

1) Result-oriented study rather that mere reading.

2) Syllabus coverage & linking material to syllabus, including linking newspaper articles to syllabus.

3) Preparing short notes such that can be revised in future on every topic (at least major topics).

4) Regular answer-writing practice. Focus on speciality comprehensiveness & visibility in answer-writing.

5) Regular revision of notes.

6) Creating deadlines for oneself to ensure continuous coverage of syllabus.

7) Discussion of current affairs, except politics ii groups to get better perspective.
