For MBA  

MBA aspirants should possess the following qualifications to be considered eligible for admission:

• Bachelor’s Degree, that is at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in the event of the candidates who belong to a Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons With Disability (PWD) categories]
• The candidates must possess a valid CAT score.

For FPM 

• A Master’s Degree with 55 percent marks (preceded by Bachelor’s degree obtained in 10+2+3 pattern with 60 percent marks.
• A 5-year Integrated Master’s Degree with at least 55 percent marks (obtained after completing higher secondary schooling in 10+2 pattern) in any discipline.
• A professional qualification such as the CA, ICWA, CS, with at least 50 percent marks.
• A 4 year / 8 semester’s Bachelor’s degree (10+2+4 pattern) with at least 6.5 CGPA.

IIM Sirmaur Post Admission

Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur (IIMS) sends an offer of admission to selected candidates. It is compulsory to accept the offer. To accept the offer:

• Students must pay an amount of INR 50,000 through net banking within a given period of time.
• The amount left in accepting the suggestion of admission will be adjusted in a first-year tuition fee after deducted INR 1,000 as a processing fee. In other words, only INR 49,000 will be accustomed to the tuition fee out of INR 50,000.

Placement

From the 2024 concluding placements gossips of the Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur (IIMS), the thirds batch of IIMS saw an 88% location rate as out of 63 students, only 56 students got positioned. Sectors complex in the placement process were BFSI, Consulting, E-Commerce, Education, Healthcare, Organisation, IT & Analytics, Logistics, etc.

Selection Criteria

• Admission will be given on account of CAT score, WAT and PI score, Academic Profile, Work Experience and Diversity (Gender/ Academic discipline).

The selection process will encompass 3 stages:

FPM Selection Criteria

• Candidates will be admitted to the program based on a grouping of multiple parameters, as also quantified by the respective areas.
• Parameters may incorporate applicant’s performance in CAT/ GMAT/ GRE/ GATE/ JRF (NET) score, past academic performance, work experience, area-specific test and/or interview performance, etc.
• Candidates possessing a fully qualified score in GRE/ GATE/ GMAT/ JRF (UGC/ CSIR) are also considered suitable for admission. Such candidates will be exempt from CAT but they must show up for the PI.
