IISER  exam is a National Level Test. it is conducted by the Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research. 

IISER Exam offered admission into SCB, KVPY, and JEE Advanced exam. By this exam is known as IISER SCB Aptitude Test to get admission into the 5-year dual degree program of BS-MS and Its provided to Admission three types of Channels like SCB, KVPY & JEE Advanced. There are seven IISER Institutions present in Pune, Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Thiruvananthapuram, Tirupati & Berhampur. Admission will be offered into seven IISER institutions situated in Tirupati, Mohali, Bhopal, Berhampur, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram, and Kolkata.

These Institutions offer a mix of courses such as five-year two-degree programs called BS-MS Program. The IISER 2020 Application Form is available only online. IISER  2020 Application Form

The applicants interested in pursuing various programs can fill the IISER 2020 Application Form for which online registration has been begun on 23rd March 2020.

• Aspirants willing to find admission to the IISER Institutions need to complete the application through SCB (State & Central Boards) streams, KVPY Stream & JEE (Advanced) Stream.
• The applicants need to provide necessary details including name, date of birth, address, and contact details besides providing their email id, selecting a password, and attaching photographs and signature.
• Applicants should pay an application fee for IISER 2020 admissions in online mode using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking
• While applying, aspirants should affix valid documents in a given format.
• You will have a choice to mention the preferred IISER Institutions from 7 IISER to secure admission.
• After filling the admission form, they will require getting will print out of the filled-in Application Form for IISER 2020.
• Candidates will have to upload scanned images of passport size photograph & signature with a copy of the mark sheet also.

Application Fee

Aspirants should deposit Rs. 1500/- and Rs. 750/- for SC/ST Sections and Kashmiri Migrants. The fee will not be withdrawn. Aspirants can submit the fee online and offline.

Mode of Payment: The application Fee can be paid through online mode. The fee will be non-refundable.

IISER 2021

The IISER 2021 Aptitude Test (IAT) is managed through the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research to provide admission to the candidates in a 5-year BS-MS degree program.

In the various participating institutes of IISER, admission will offer to the candidates through the IAT score. IISER 2021 Application Form will be available from the 2^nd week of March till the 4^th week of April 2021.

IISER 2020 Eligibility Criteria

The officials will announce eligibility criteria for IISER 2020 admissions.  It will specify the criteria for each course which are given below:

Nationality:

• Aspirants who are belonging to a nation, PIO & OCI will be considered for an exam.

SCB Streams:

• Qualifying Exam: Aspirants should clear 10+2 examination with science stream in 2019 or 2020.
• Minimum Marks: Aspirants must meet the cut-off percentage on their boards.
• Relaxation: There is a 5% moderation in marks for the OBC-NC & PwD category.
• Cut-Off Percentage: For SC/ST/KM division, the cut-off marks are 55% in 10+2.

KVPY Stream:

• Qualifying Exam: Applicants bearing an acceptable KVPY scholarship beginning from 2020 will be taken into consideration.

JEE Advanced Stream:

• Qualifying Exam: Applicants should clear JEE Advanced exam and get a rank under 10000 in CRL (Common Rank List).
• Relaxation: For aspirants belonging to OBC-NC/SC/ST/PWD, their rank will be taken into consideration.

IISER  2020 Exam Pattern

• Mode of Exam: The Aptitude Test will be done Online. The Exam will be announced soon.
• Type of Questions: The questions will be of objective type.
• Exam Duration: Applicants need to attempt the exam for three hours.
• Of Questions: Each subject will present a total of 15 questions.
• Total Marks: The total number of marks will be 180.
• Marking Scheme: Three marks are awarded for correct options.
• Negative Marking:  The negative marking applies to an incorrect question by ½.
• Subjects: The question paper will be comprised of PCMB subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Biology).

The Syllabus of the IISER entrance exam Will includes Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Biology subjects. The IISER 2020 Syllabus will be designed for Class 11^th & 12^th.

Mathematics:

IISER Admission 2020 Preparation Tips

Candidates can follow the below preparation tips to score well in the exam and qualify for the test. Candidates must study from Class 11^th NCERT books mostly recommended by experienced students.

• Candidates must divide equal time for each subject.
• Solve previous year question papers.
• Concentrate on solving mock tests.
• Keep the last month only for revision.
• Make a proper study routine.

IISER 2020 Admit Card

The admit card of IISER 2020 will be issued online through the official link available on the page.

The IISER 2020 Admit Card has been released through online mode. Candidates will have to log in with their email ID & password to download the admit card of IISER 2020. The Admit Card will contain all the details like the candidate’s name, roll no., exam center, exam & other exam instructions.

The admit card can be downloaded by logging registration number and password. The admit card is the required document to appear for the exam.

They need to verify the information in the admit card and in case of difference and must be brought to the notice of officials. Take the Admit Card to the Examination Centre with a copy of the latest passport size photograph. 

Allowance to appear in the examination will be based on the aspirant’s eligibility requirements. Those who have applied for IISER 2020 admit card can download through the link as per the scheduled date and time. Without the admit card, aspirants will not be allowed to take the exam. The admit card for the SCB channel aptitude test will be issued from 7th September 2020.

IISER Admission 2020 Exam Centers

IISER 2020 Answer Key

IISER 2020 Answer key will be available after Examination. IISER Admission 2020 Answer Key for SCB Channel (Aptitude Test) has been Available on 19th September 2020. 

Candidates can be Own Checkmark or Calculated before Result Declaration. Therefore candidates get their idea their answer paper marks.

IISER 2020 Cut Off

The authority will release the percentage cut-off for IISER 2020 admission. Candidates will be able to check it through online mode. The Cut Off is the minimum marks that students have to score to qualify for the examination.

It will be based on various factors like the total number of candidates, difficulty level of exam, no. of seats available, previous year cut-off trends, etc.

IISER Result 2020

IISER 2020 Result will be published via an Online process.

The result page will only contain the roll number of qualified candidates. Candidates who will see their roll number on the list will qualify for the exam successfully. Candidates are advised to take the print out of their results for further use.

Aspirants may view their Results from the 2nd week of August 2020 for the SCB channel. They need to give their roll no. & registration id. After the result is out, aspirants will be registering for allotment of seats. The seat is filled with the merit secured in the exam.

IISER 2020 Counselling

IISER 2020 Counselling Process will be conducted for short-listed candidates. It will get commenced on 1st October 2020.

Separate counseling will be held for each channel.

Seats will be allotted to candidates by reservation policy and various other factors.

IISER Admission Procedure 2020

The 50% seats of IISERs Institutions will be filled because of JEE Advanced & KVPY scores. The vacant seats will be occupied on the instruction of State & Central Boards as per the IISER Aptitude Test 2020.

Students who had opted for these centers during the registration process will be provided with a seat. The allotment of seats will be on the merit list, several seats, and choice filling.

The concerned authority will not issue any IISER cut-off list for admission, and the criteria for admission is such that aspirants clearing KVPY & JEE Advanced exam will be finalized for IISERs.
