ITI Maharashtra Admission 2018 Merit List (Log In ) has been Released. The Directorate of Vocational Education & Training, Maharashtra State has released the notification for Centralized Online ITI Admission for the session Aug 2018. The Candidates and Applicants who are interested in seeking admission into ITI’s in the Maharashtra States can check the details of the Maharashtra ITI in the Pdf. Format Brochure available on the site of the DVET.

The Directorate of Vocational Education & Training, Maharashtra is taking care of Government & private ITI admission across Maharashtra state through Centralized Admission Process. The DVET has provided the necessary information on the official website also by making it easier for readers to translate the information on site in the most preferred language ‘English’.

ITI Maharashtra Registration 2018


  • The candidates who meet the eligibility criteria as mentioned by the DVET are allowed to apply through the online official admission portal i.e. http://www.dvet.gov.in/.
  • The application form must be filled and submitted prior the notified deadline.
  • The submission of the Application form post the mentioned deadline would not be accepted.
  • The Application form has been released on the official website and a link for the same has been provided along with the admission brochure.

Maharashtra ITI Application Fees Structure


The Application fee for different categories is as follows:

  • Unreserved category – Rs. 150
  • Outside Maharashtra state – Rs. 300
  • Reserved category – Rs. 100
  • Non Residential Indian – Rs. 500

Maharashtra ITI Eligibility Criteria 2018


Eligibility criteria for the ITI admissions 2018 has been released by the university, which is provided as below.

  • Type – A Maharashtra State Candidates: the applicant should be of the state Maharashtra and must have passed the SSC examination through any of the Taluka in the state and either the mother or father of the applicant should be a permanent resident of Maharashtra.
  • Type – B Maharashtra Domiciled Candidates: if the applicant does not satisfy the Type-A then the applicant’s mother or father should be a previous permanent resident Maharashtra.
  • Type – C Sons and Daughters of Central Govt. / Govt. of India Undertaking Employee: if the applicant does not satisfy the Type-B then the applicant’s mother of father is not a permanent resident of the state but is residing due to the assigned duty of the Central Govt. / Govt. of India Undertaking Employee.
  • Type – D Sons and Daughters of Maharashtra State Govt. / Maharashtra State Govt. Undertaking Employee: if the applicant does not satisfy the Type-C, then the applicant’s mother of the father is an employee of the Maharashtra State Govt. / Maharashtra State Govt. Undertaking Employee.
  • Type – E Maharashtra State Candidate, Sons & Daughters of Maharashtra State Govt. / Maharashtra State Govt. Undertaking / Central Govt./ Govt. of India Undertaking Employee who is transferred to a place in another District and the Candidate intends to shift to the District where the Father/Mother is posted: applicants who have appeared for the exams of the Maharashtra board of 8th, 9th, and 10th and applicants who have appeared for SSC examinations through a particular taluka and their mother or father are Maharashtra State Govt. / Maharashtra State Govt. Undertaking / Central Govt./ Govt. of India Undertaking Employee who have been transferred to a place in another District and the Candidate intends to shift to the District where the Father/Mother is posted, the applicant is allowed to do so.

 

Maharashtra ITI Reservation Allotment 2018


The DVET has allotted 50 seats for open category and 50 seats for the reserved category. Any applicant who seeks admission should mention his/her category during the filling of the application form, any applicant who fails to do so and later urges to the DVET for a change in the category by submitting the papers at that moment would not be considered valid.

Maharashtra ITI Admission Procedure 2018


The candidates who wish to seek admission in the Maharashtra ITI must undergo the following procedure in order to apply for the ITI.

  1. The candidate must register online through the official website.
  2. The candidate must fill in the correct details of Name, Surname, Date of birth, Aadhaar number, Primary Mobile number and Secondary Mobile number, Email-id, Password and then Confirm the Password and Retype the CAPTCHA Code and click Register.
  3. The candidate must then fill and submit the application form with correct details.
  4. Once the application is submitted, the candidate must select “Admission Activities” and click the Application, Merit and Admission status link, and take a print out of the ‘Print status report’.
  5. Once the admission of the applicant is confirmed, the applicant will receive an SMS on the Primary Mobile number provided during the candidate login procedure.
  6. In order to check if the allotment letter is received the applicant should login online into the account and click on the “Admission Activities” link and check the allotment letter and print it out.
  7. Once the applicant receives the allotment letter, the necessary original and attested documents are required to be provided to the institute.

  • Birth Certificate
  • Passing certificate of Std.10th and 12th
  • School leaving certificate
  • Address proof
  • 2 Passport size Photographs (color)
  1. The applicant should visit the institute, pay the fees and take admission in the institute allotted.
  2. The candidate should collect the ‘admission confirmation slip’ or the ‘candidate’s copy’ from the admin department
