JEE Main 2021 Notification will be released in November/December 2020. The Exams will be organized two times a year. The first session will be termed as the January 2021 session, and the second session is termed as the April 2021 session. The JEE Main 2021 will be conducted through online mode (CBT). JEE Main (Joint Entrance Exam) is the national level entrance test which is organized twice a year.

JEE Main 2021 is the most popular entrance exam of the country, which is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), which is formed by MHRD, Govt. of India, under the society act of India. Candidates will get admission into various professional colleges like IITs, NITs, CFTIs, and other State Government and Private colleges of the country. JEE Main 2021 Application Form

Here we are mentioning the JEE Main 2021 Application Form Important Date, how to fill the JEE Main 2021 Application Form, and JEE Main 2021 Application Form correction details in this section.

  • The JEE Main 2021 Application Form will be available through online mode only.
  • The candidates will be able to fill the JEE Main 2021 Application Form from the First week of November/December 2020 for the January 2021 Session.
  • Candidates will be able to register themselves from the official portal of the JEE Main.
  • The registration for the April 2021 Session will be started from the First week of February 2021.
  • The candidates will be able to register themselves till the Second week of October 2020 for the January 2021 Session.
  • Students have to provide the correct mobile number and the email address while filling the application form on the website.
  • All the details about the JEE Main 2021 Application Form and the exam details will be sent to the candidate’s email address and mobile number.
  • Students are requested not to submit more than one application. Multiple applications submitted by the candidates will be rejected by the NTA.
  • The JEE Main 2021 Application Form will contain the process like registration of the candidate, fill the JEE Main 2021 Application Form, uploading the images, paying the JEE Main 2021 Application Form fee, Submitting, and taking the print out of the confirmation page of the JEE Main 2021 Application Form.
  • Once the JEE Main 2021 Application Form is submitted, the candidates will receive the email/SMS confirmation by the authority of the registered email and mobile number.
  • Students are requested to take the multiple printouts of the JEE Main 2021 Application Form confirmation page and the fee payment for the future reference.

Application Fee:

Here in this section, the students will get all the details of the Application Fee. The Application Fee is different for the different courses also depends on the category.

  • The application fee must be paid through the online mode. No offline method to pay the fee is currently available for the JEE Main.
  • The students can pay the application fee Net Banking/ UPI/ Credit Card/ Debit Card or PAYTM.

JEE Main 2021 Correction

The JEE Main 2021 Correction will be started from the 3rd week of September 2020. The image JEE Main 2021 Correction facility will be available for the candidates after the application process. Students will be able to upload the images that were uploaded in the wrong/ incorrect format or wrong image while filling the application form.

For the April Session, the JEE Main 2021 Correction for the image will be started from the First week of February 2021. Candidates will be able to make the correction in the various fields apart from the image corrections. The candidate will get only one chance for the correction of the images and other details.

Students are required to pay the fee for the application correction facility. The correction in the details will be started from the third week of October 2020 (January session) and in March 2021 (April session).

JEE Main 2021 Eligibility Criteria

The JEE Main 2021 Eligibility Criteria is available for the students. Students are requested to check the JEE Main 2021 Eligibility Criteria before applying the JEE MAIN 2021. This is complete JEE Main 2021 Eligibility Criteria for all the students and for all the courses.

General Eligibility:

Nationality Indian as well as International candidates can apply for the Entrance Test.
Age Criteria There is no age limit to apply for the JEE MAIN 2021.
Attempt Limit There is no attempt limit for the JEE Main.
International Applicants Foreign National required to obtain the Necessary Percentage/ Marks from the Board recognized from the AIU to be eligible for the JEE MAIN  2021.
Upper Age Limit There is no Upper Age Limit

Qualification

Here we are mentioning the details of the Qualification, which must be needed for the JEE Main 2021.

  • Qualifying Exam: The Candidate must have passed 12th Standard (HSC) from any recognized Board or its equivalent in 2019 or 2020.
  • Appearing Candidates: The candidates who are in their qualifying examination (12th in 2021) are also eligible for the JEE MAIN 2021.
  • Not Eligible: Candidates who passed the 12th in 2018 or before and those appearing in the JEE Main 2021 exam or later will be not eligible for the JEE Main 2021.

Qualifying Subjects:

  • For B.E and B. Tech: The candidate must have passed 12th standard with the minimum Five subjects such as – Physics, Mathematics, as the mandatory subjects along with the Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or any other technical vocational as optional subjects.
  • For B.Arch.: A student must have passed the 12th class with Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry as compulsory subjects.
  • For B.Plan: The candidate must have passed the 12th standard with mathematics as the compulsory subject.
  • Diploma: Candidates holding the diploma degree are also eligible. Those candidates are only eligible for the IITs.

Eligibility for Participating Institutions (NITs, CFTIs, IITs, SFTI’s & others):

Those candidates who wish to take admission into the premier institutions of the country through the CSAB. All India Rank will be considered for admission through the CSAB.

Candidates have to secure 75% Marks (General) and 65% Marks (SC/ST) or come under the top 20 Percentile of the 12th Level.

Candidates who wish to take admission into the B.Arch in NIT’s, IIT’s, CFTI’s & other institutions must have 50% Marks in the qualifying examination (12th Standard).

State of Eligibility:

  • Candidates have to fill the state code of Eligibility at the time of the registration Process/ Filling the application form. The candidates have to choose the state code of eligibility from where they have qualified for the 12th Standard exam.
  • The state code of Eligibility will not vary from the residence or nativity of the candidates.
  • For the Indian National candidates who have passed the 12th Standard from Aboard, the state elections will be dependent on the permanent address mentioned on the passport.

  • Mode of Examination: The exam will be conducted through online mode (CBT). The JEE Main Paper II (B.Arch) for the drawing test, It will be conducted through the Pen and Paper Mode.
  • Papers: The JEE Main papers are divided into 3 sections. For B.E/ B.Tech course, JEE Main Paper – I will be conducted. While for B.Arch & B. Plan admission, JEE Main Paper – 2 and JEE Main Paper – 3 will be held.
  • Language Medium: There will be Hindi and the English language available for the candidates to write the exam paper. The candidates who are appearing for the paper in the exam center of the Gujarat, Daman & Diu, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli exam will get Hindi/ English and Gujarati Language for the paper.
  • Question Types: The Question will be asked in the Objective Type. Numerical Value questions will also be asked in JEE Main 2021 as per the new exam pattern. The JEE Main Paper 2 will be subjective for the Drawing Test.
  • Number Questions: The JEE Main Paper 1 (B.E / B.Tech. ) will contain a total of 75 Questions. Paper 2 (B. Arch) will contain 77 Questions. The JEE Main Paper 3 (B. Plan) will contain 100 Questions.
  • Total Marks: The JEE Main Paper 1 (B.E/ B.Tech) will contain a total of 300 Marks. JEE Main Paper 2 and Paper 3 for (B.Arch and B.Plan) will be of a total of 400 Marks.
  • Marking Scheme: The correct answer will get +4 Marks.
  • Negative Marking: -1 Will be deducted for each wrong answer.

JEE Main 2021 Syllabus

The candidates will get the details of the JEE Main 2021 Admit Card regarding the notification in the registered email ID and Mobile number. Students will be able to download the JEE Main 2021 Admit Card by entering their login details on the official web portal.

There will be no Slot Booking will be available by the authority to the candidates for booking the Exam timing, Exam Centres, Date, and Shift. The allotment will be done by NTA randomly by their process. All the information about the examination will be available by the authority on the official web portal while downloading the JEE Main 2021 Admit Card. The details will also be mentioned on the JEE Main 2021 Admit Card.

The April 2021 Session JEE Main 2021 Admit Card will be available for the candidates to download from the Third week of March 2021. The April Session JEE Main 2021 Admit Card will be available from the candidates through online mode only. The candidates can get on the website suggested by NTA. All the necessary details will b mentioned on the JEE Main 2021 Admit Card. If there is any correction needed in the JEE Main 2021 Admit Card, Students are requested to contact the official authority for the correction and dispute.

JEE Main 2021 Answer Key

The JEE Main 2021 Answer Key will be released separately for each session. The JEE Main 2021 Answer Key will be released into formats (Provisional and Final). The NTA will first release the Provisional JEE Main 2021 Answer Key after the entrance examination of JEE MAIN 2021. The candidates will be able to check the JEE Main 2021 Answer Key on the official website.

The JEE Main 2021 Answer Key will be available for the candidates through online mode. The candidates will be able to download the JEE Main 2021 Answer Key in the pdf format. The candidates can download the JEE Main 2021 Answer Key by entering their Login Credentials. The NTA will release the provisional JEE Main 2021 Answer Key in the Third Week of March 2021.

Once the Provisional JEE Main 2021 Answer Key is released, In case of an error in the answer key, candidates can challenge, object to the JEE Main 2021 Answer Key. Candidates need to pay the fee for challenging the JEE Main 2021 Answer Key along with the proof/ evidence to show their answer right.

Once the challenge/ objection is accepted by the Authority, the NTA will release the Final JEE Main 2021 Answer Key, which will be made later on. The JEE Main 2021 Answer Key will help the candidates to estimate the marks secured by them in the entrance test.

JEE Main 2021 Result

The declaration of the result will be available on the official website. The JEE Main 2021 Result will be declared through online mode. The candidates will be able to check the JEE Main 2021 Result in the Last Week of January 2021 for the January session.  The candidates will have to enter their Application number and the date of Birth to download the JEE Main 2021 Result.

The JEE Main 2021 Result April session will be released in the last week of April 2021. The scorecard will be calculated corresponding to the raw marks that have been secured by the students in the JEE Main entrance test.

JEE Main 2021 Score Card

The JEE Main 2021 Scorecard will be released through online mode. The JEE Main 2021 Scorecard will be available for the candidates after the declaration of the JEE Main 2021 Result. The candidates can check the JEE Main 2021 Scorecard from the official website.

The candidates have to enter their login details to download the JEE Main 2021 Scorecard on the official web portal. The JEE Main 2021 Scorecard will show the performance of the student in the entrance test.

The JEE Main 2021 Scorecard will contain the necessary details of students, such as the name of candidate, parents name, roll number, state code of eligibility, marks obtained, all India rank, category wise rank, qualifying status, etc. No offline mode is available to get the JEE Main 2021 Scorecard. Only it can be downloaded from the official website.

JEE Mains 2021 Rank List

The NTA will release the JEE Mains 2021 Rank List through online mode. The JEE Mains 2021 Rank List will be released after the declaration of the JEE Main 2021 Result. The rank list can be obtained from the official web portal.
JEE Mains 2021 Rank List
will contain the All India Rank and Category Rank of the student. JEE Mains 2021 Rank List will contain the allotted rank of the student based on the marks secured by them in the JEE Main 2021 Entrance Examination.

There will be separate rank list will be prepared by the states to get admission into the various state universities.

JEE Main 2021 Cut Off

The JEE Main 2021 Counselling will be organized by the JoSAAfrom the second week of June 2021. The JEE Main 2021 Counselling process through the CSAB will be available for the students from the Fourth Week of July 2021.

Students have to pay the fee and do the registration for the JEE Main 2021 Counselling. Candidates who will secure the cut off marks will be shortlisted for the rank list, and those candidates will be only eligible for the JEE Main 2021 Counselling.
