JCECEB NECE B.Sc. Nursing 2019JEECE 2020 Exam will be replaced by JEE Main Exam. From the Year 2019, B.Tech Admission will be done through JEE Main Examination is Conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency). JCECEB (Jharkhand Government board Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board) will be conducting the JEECE (Jharkhand Engineering Entrance Competitive Examination).

JEECE 2020 will be held for the admission in the B.E/B. Tech 1st year courses. For more information regarding the JEECE, 2020 examination candidate can go through the official website of JEECE 2020. This is a state-level engineering entrance test through which a large number of qualifying candidates are offered admission into B.Tech and B.E degree programs.

The admission will be held within the Jharkhand State or outside of the State Universities/ Colleges/ Institutes where there is a need of Recommendation to state. Admission in these programs will be offered to qualifying candidates in various government or private engineering institutions and colleges located in the state of Jharkhand.

JEECE 2020 Application Form

Applicants have to visit the official website to apply for the courses.

  • On the home page, the applicants will be able to see the link for the application form.
  • Once the applicant’s clicks on the link the application will open on the new page.
  • JEECE 2020 application process will start from the 1st week of April 2020.
  • The complete application process will be carried out through online mode only from the website.
  • The last date to submit the application form online is until the Last week of April 2020
  • It is important to fill the application with all the correct and accurate information.
  • Once the application is filled, applicants have to pay the application fee.
  • Applicants also have to attach the required documents like the scanned copied of the latest passport size photograph, Left thumb impression and also the signature in the advised format and size.
  • Make sure to pay the application fee also as it is a part of the application process.
  • Applicants also have to keep a hard copy of the application form as it will be required at the time of admission.

JEECE 2020 Application Fee

If the applicants decide to submit the application in offline mode, they have to do so before the last submission date, or else it will be rejected, or applicant will have to pay a late fee.

JEECE 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants need to check the eligibility criteria before they apply for the JEECE entrance examination.

Nationality: Applicant must be an Indian citizen or permanent resident of Jharkhand.

  • Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
  • Qualifying Exam: Applying candidate must have passed his/her 10+2 level or its equivalent from Jharkhand state Board or any other recognized board or university.
  • Qualifying Subjects: Candidate in his qualifying exam must have passed with the compulsory subjects of Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry.
  • Minimum Marks: Candidate must have passed with minimum marks of 45% for general and 40% for reserved candidates in their qualifying exam.
  • Age Criteria: No upper or lower age limit is prescribed.
  • Domicile: Applying candidate must hold a permanent or local residential certificate of Jharkhand state.

Qualification:

  • Applicants who have cleared or still appearing for I.S.C / HSC or any other equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry subject are eligible.
  • Applicants applying for B.Tech (Dairy Technology) must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, & English in Class HSC are eligible.
  • Applicants must have achieved at least 45% aggregate (40% in case of reserved category applicants) in the above subjects taken together.
  • Applicants opting for B.Tech (Dairy Technology) must have secured at least 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry plus Mathematics took

  • The applicants will be given three hours in total to solve the Complete paper.
  • One hour will be for Mathematics and 2 hours will be for physics & chemistry.
  • The questions in the paper will be objective type questions.
  • The question paper will be in two languages English & Hindi.
  • Just for an update, there will be 50 questions in each subject
  • No negative marking will be done for incorrect answers.
  • Exam Date and Mode: JEECE 2020 entrance test will be held in the second week of May 2020 through online CBT mode.
  • Number and Type of Questions: The question paper will contain a total of 150 objective type questions. Each section will contain 50 questions.

JEECE 2020 Syllabus

Applicants who have completed B. Tech from Jharkhand can check the Syllabus & Sample Papers given on this page to prepare for the entrance exam.

  • The syllabus contains multiple subjects like Physics, Mathematics, & Chemistry from which the questions will be asked in the entrance exam.
  • As per the official announcement, the syllabus will be similar to the CBSE syllabus of HSC.
  • It is always suggested to the applicants that they refer to the old question papers to get a clear idea of the entrance examination

JEECE 2020 Admit Card

The admit card available online in the 2nd week of May.

Applicants who have registered for the entrance exam successfully will be able to download the admit card by entering their application number and password.

  • The admit card has a lot of information on it like the applicant’s name, roll no, father’s name, category, subject group, photograph, dob, examination information along with exam day guidelines.
  • Applicants must check all the information on the admit card is correct. In case of any discrepancy, the applicant must report it to the examination authorities.

Candidates have to carry the admit cards on the day of appearing for the exam. No candidate will be permitted entry without the hall ticket. In case of mistake arises in the details of the admit card, candidates must immediately report the problem to the authority and get it rectified.

JEECE 2020 Exam Result

The JEECE results will be declared online around in the 4th week of May.

  • Applicants have to log in to the website to access the result.
  • Applicants need to use their login credentials and then pull the result by entering their DOB or roll number.
  • Once the result page opens applicants can save a copy of the result in their phone or Laptop.
  • It is always safe to keep a hard copy for future reference.

Their results in the entrance exam will select applicants. After the results announcement, the board will publish common and category wise merit list on the website. In case two or more candidates have secured equal marks in the entrance exam, intense merit will be determined for breaking the tie.

JEECE 2020 Exam Counselling

Similar to the entrance examination JCECEB will also do the counseling. All the applicants who have been selected in the merit list will have to report for the counseling as informed.

  • The counseling will be done offline, so in this case, all the applicants have to be present at the center.
  • All the applicants have to carry the required documents with them for the verification process.
  • Applicants who have cleared the verification process will be able to select the college of their choice for admission.
  • The seat allotment will be done by the applicant’s score in the entrance exam and their preferences.
  • The applicants who have been selected and completed the verification process have to pay the counseling fee.

The Counselling process will be organized in two rounds. The selected candidates have to choose their preferred course as per merit order. In the 2nd round of counseling the vacant seats left after the 1st round will be allotted to remaining candidates. Also, candidates have to submit their required documents for the document verification process.
