JIPMER PG 2023 Application Form
Application forms hold great importance as one needs to fill the form and submit the form on time if one wants to participate in the examination process. Candidates who fail to submit their application forms with prerequisite form fees will be rejected from the examination process and they need to wait for another chance to appear in the exam.

- The application forms for the JIPMER PG to provide admissions in the courses of MD, MS have been started from 5th September 2022.
- You can register yourselves till 26th September 2022. The detailed structure of the dates has been mentioned above for your reference.
- All the aspirants need to apply only in online manner through the official website.
- As of now, the last date for the submission of the application forms has been released for the INI CET and it is going to be till the month of October while the dates for INI SS have not been released yet.
- Once the candidates submit the application forms, they can visit the official website and look for the status of their forms.
- The entire registration process is bifurcated into two parts namely basic registration and then the final registration.
- Candidates can check their registration status once the basic registration is complete. They will know whether the application form has been accepted or rejected. Students need to make specific changes if required in the images uploaded and then they can proceed further.
- Preview the application form carefully and then submit the form finally. Once submitted, no changes can be made to the application form.
- A correction window is also available for a limited period to make the necessary changes in the application form and also the images.

- Then, you need to find the option “Basic Registration” and click on the same.
- Provide the details required correctly.
- Enter your personal details such as the name, address, email ID, and Phone number that are working and valid as you will receive the details related to the exam. Recheck the details before the submission of the form.
- Candidates will receive the login credentials on their mobile number and email ID. Note them down for the further registration procedure.
- Candidates will get to know about the status of the application form. You can check whether the application form has been accepted or rejected.
- Then, accordingly, candidates should make the required changes, and then they can move ahead with the final registration process.
- The documents in the prescribed format need to be uploaded in the final registration.
- Click on the link to pay the application fees.
- Once the payment is done, you can submit and save the application form for future reference.
JIPMER PG 2023 Application Fee
The form will not be submitted without the complete payment of the application fee. Candidates need to make the payment on time to submit their application form. The fee differs for the different categories and has been decided by the exam conducting authorities.

JIPMER PG 2023 Form Correction
The correction facility is available in this case and candidates who are required to make certain corrections can do so in the correction window. The window will open for a limited period of time and you can modify the application form during that period. Once the window gets closed, no changes or modifications can be done.
JIPMER PG 2023 Eligibility Criteria
All the eligibility criteria must be followed by the candidates. If they are found not eligible then they will not be provided admission. It is really important that the candidates fulfill the necessary and required eligibility criteria in all respects before the crucial date. The eligibility criteria somewhat vary for the INI CET and INI SS. Let us have a look at the same.
INI CET (MD and MS)
Nationality of the applicant: Those applicants who are Indian nationals, OCI, NRI, and foreign nationals are eligible. In the case of foreign nationals appointed by the Government of India, they need not appear for the exam and will be provided admission directly.
Qualification Required: All interested applicants must possess a degree in MBBS that MCI and NMC recognize. The candidates must have completed the internship or the practical training for around 1 year on or before 31st July 2023.
Minimum Marks Required: The applicants must have secured a minimum of 55% marks if he or she is General or Unreserved and 50% marks if he or she is a reserved candidates.
Appearing in the final Year: Those applicants who are going to appear in the final year exam are also welcome to apply for the exam.
INI SS (DM and M. CH)
Qualification Required: All interested candidates must have completed their MD or MS degree or DNB from an institute recognized by MCI approved board or University.
Age Limit: Age has to be taken into consideration while applying. The applicants who are less than 35 years of age on 1st January 2023 are eligible to apply. There is also relaxation for the candidates belonging to the SC and ST category of 5 years and for the OBC category for 3 years.
JIPMER PG 2023 Exam Pattern
Candidates should stick to the exam pattern throughout their preparation. Candidates can check the official exam pattern on the official website and also through our page. The exam pattern is fixed by the conducting authorities after careful consideration and as per the latest syllabus. Let us take a look at the same.
Mode of the Exam: The exam is going to be conducted in an online mode which is also known as Computer Based Test.
Duration of the Exam: According to the latest pattern, the duration of the MS and MD will be 3 hours while for the M.Ch and DM will be for 90 minutes.
Medium of the Exam: The entire exam will only be conducted in the English Language.
Type of Questions: All the questions are going to be objective in nature. They are going to be MCQ.
Number of Questions: The total questions are going to be 250 for MD and MS and for M. Ch and DM will be 100.
Marking Scheme: Every correct answer will be given 4 marks each while every incorrect answer will cost one mark each.
Subjects: The total questions from Clinical Science will be 150 and from basic Clinical Science will be 100.

JIPMER PG 2023 Admit Cards
Admit cards will contain all the required information related to the exam along with the general instructions to be followed on the exam day. Candidates must stick to those instructions and carry the admit card along with passport-size photographs and valid ID proof for entry into the exam hall.

JIPMER PG 2023 Counseling
