JSOS 2023 Application Form will be Released Soon. The Jharkhand Board of School Education was established on 15^th November 2000. The Jharkhand State Legislature had enacted an act to approve the Jharkhand Academic Council and it was asserted by the Governor of the State in the year 2003. The Jharkhand Board of School Education will be responsible to organize the Jharkhand State Open School of Jharkhand for eligible applicants with an aim to provide secondary and senior secondary education.

The official authority of the Jharkhand Board of School Education will be responsible to disclose the complete notification and information about the admission procedure on the official website of the university in online mode for the reference of the applicants.

Applicants who are currently studying in any of the known school located in the Jharkhand needs to appear for the exam conducted by the Jharkhand Board of School Education.

• The official authority will release the application forms in online mode on the official website of the university for those eligible applicants who want to appear for the exam of SSC and HSC class.
• On the official website of the university, applicants need to register themselves by providing some important details such as name, email id, contact number, address, date of birth, etc.
• At the time of registration, applicants are requested to provide all the details correctly on the official website of the university as it will be used to provide the details of the admission to the applicant by the authority.
• After registration, the official authority will send an mail to the eligible applicants on the registered email ID provided by the applicant at the time of registration.
• The confirmation mail received from the authority will contain login credentials which also include the application number and password.
• Applicants are instructed to keep the login credential safely till the time of admission procedure as it will be used to download the admit card also.
• And then applicants need to log in to the official website of the university with the help of the login credentials.
• After logging onto the official website of the university applicants need to download the application form and check important details of the eligibility criteria and instructions related to the admission procedure.
• And then applicants need to enter all the necessary details in the application form such as personal, educational, course-related, parents, contact details, and any other additional details with the help of the educational qualification documents.
• All the details in the application form should be filled carefully and completely and then applicants need to upload some necessary documents in the application form as needed (scanned image of photograph and signature) in a specified size and format and mention on the official website of the university.
• Submit the duly filled application form once the form is filled.
• And then take a printout of the duly filled application form and pay the application fee as mention on the official website and complete the application process.

NOTE: The official authority will announce the details of the application fee for the entrance exam on the official website of the university for the reference of the applicants.

JSOS 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Educational qualifications for class HSC:

• SSC or 11^th class qualified applicants from a known board or university are eligible to appear for the HSC exam.

Educational qualifications for class SSC:

• And 9^th standard qualified applicants from a primary school are eligible to appear for the SSC exam.

Qualifying marks:

• In order to appear for the HSC and SSC exam, one must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam (45% marks in the case of reserved category applicants).

JSOS 2023 Entrance Exam

The official authority will update the complete details of the entrance exam and syllabus for the preparation of the exam on the official website of the university for the reference of the applicants

JSOS 2023 Admit Card

Before a few days of the date of the entrance exam applicant will get the admit card on the official website. Use the login credential in order to download the admit card.

JSOS 2023 Result

After completion of the entrance exam get the result in online mode. On the official website of the university, the official authority of the board will announce the results for the reference of the applicants.

After a few weeks of the date of completion of the entrance exam applicants will be able to get the result on the official website. In order to download the result from the website, applicants need to use the roll number and date of birth.

Applicants must keep some copies of the same along with them safely till the time of admission procedure. However, applicants will be able to continue further education on the basis of the marks secured by them in the SSC and HSC exams.
