KARTETKarnataka TET stands for Karnataka Teachers Eligibility Test. It is Conducted by the Karnataka School Education Board, Govt of Karnataka. KAR TET Entrance Exam is mandatory for the teacher’s post in the state government schools and also in private schools. Eligible Students can apply for this exam on the official website by registering themselves through Online Application Form.  KAR TET Application Form

  • Applicants need to fill the Online Application form, from the official website.
  • Applicants must fill all their personal information carefully & also academic to apply for this exam.
  • Applicants need to upload their documents only a scanned copy.

  • There is no other mode to apply for this exam
  • Reserved category candidates (SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH) must possess the certificate to support their claim at the time of interview.

  • Applicants can pay the Application fee for KAR TET through Online payment gateway
  • Applicants can pay through e-challan from the State Bank of Mysore.

KAR TET Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years.
  • Age relaxation is provided to Reserved Applicants as per govt rules & regulation
KAR TET Paper I1.      Contenders should need to be qualified for the intermediate class with minimum 50 % of marks from any authorized board.

2.      Those Contenders should be completed their B.A / B.Sc Graduation and Diploma in Elementary Education from any recognized university/ institution they can also apply for the Kar TET Paper I.

KAR TET Paper IIContenders who are going to apply for the Karnataka TET 2017 Paper II they should possess the B.Ed or Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) degree from any recognized university/ institution.

KAR TET Admit Card

  • Students must note that the KAR TET Admit card is an essential document and they should carry to the Exam center.
  • Students can download the KAR TET admit card from the official website.
  • KAR TET Admit card will be available before a week before the Exam.
  • No Physical Admit Card will be sent to students appearing for the exam.
  • Students must not forget their Admit card on the day of the exam, otherwise, he/she shall not be allowed to seat in the exam.

KAR TET Exam Result

  • KAR TET Result will be disclosed soon after the exam.
  • KAR TET Result will be declared on the official website.
  • Students can view their result by providing their registration no on the official portal.
  • Students who clear the Entrance Exam will be eligible for a personal round interview.

KAR TET Selection Procedure

  • Participants selection process will be done based on the performance in the KAR TET Entrance Exam conducted by Karnataka State Government.
  • Participants will be shortlisted by marks scored in the Entrance Exam.
  • Participants also have to go for Final Round Personal Interview

KAR TET Certificate Validity

All qualified Students will have five years of the validity period for KAR TET certificate from the date of result announcement for all category candidates (consisting both reserved & unreserved category).

Number of Attempts

There is no provision or rules prescribed for the number of attempts by all eligible students for appearing in the Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test (KAR TET). KAR TET 2019
