Karnataka PGCET Result 2019

Karnataka PGCET Result 2019 has been announced on the official portal on 22nd August 2019.

Candidates can check their Karnataka PGCET result in 2019 by entering the application number and date of birth. Through online mode, candidates can check their performance.

  • Candidates can check there Karnataka PGCET result 2019 who have to appear entrance exam. The result will be announced on 22nd August 2019.

Karnataka PGCET Counselling 2019

The KEA will publish all the details of candidates those selected seats under the reserved category for MBA, MCA/M.E./M.Tech/M.Main courses after the last round of counseling.

The seats will be allotted only after the verification of all original documents.

From the 23rd August 2019, Karnataka PGCET counseling 2019 will be started, which will be organized through offline mode. Candidates have to be present at the advice at the time of counseling in the specified date and time.

  • Candidates got selected under the reserved category for MBA, MCA/M.E./M.Tech/M. Arch courses KEA will publish all the details in official after the last round of counseling.
  • An authority on the bases of candidates will prepare a merit list score marks in the entrance exam.
  • A seat will be allotted after verification of all original documents. So, candidates have to carry the requirement document with them for verification

Karnataka PGCET Application Form 2019

Candidates have to get registered themselves for that they have to fill the application form.

Karnataka PGCET 2019 Application form has been Available from 30th May 2019, and Closing of online application form is 20th June 2019.

Candidates are advised to fill the application form only if they are eligible for the course in which they are applying.

Application Fee:

All candidates have to pay application fees according to candidate’s category wise. Candidates can pay application form fees through online mode or by offline mode.

  • The application fee for each course will be  650/-for General and OBC.
  • The fee for SC/ST and category-I of Karnataka state only will be Rs. 500/-.
  • The application fee can be paid through challan deposited in any of the branches of state bank of Mysore.
  • Candidates can also pay the application fee in e-payment post offices.

Eligibility Criteria 2019

  • Appearing candidates can also apply.

Qualification Criteria:

For MB A:

  • Qualifying Exam: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree of a minimum of 3-year duration or equivalent examination.
  • Minimum Marks: Must pass with the minimum of 50% mark (45% marks in Q.E. in case of SC, ST, and Category-I of Karnataka candidates).

For MCA:

  • Qualifying Exam: Candidates must pass the UG or equivalent examination with BCA, B.Sc (IT/Computer Science) from a recognized university.
  • Subjects: Candidates should have Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Application, Computer Programming, Business Mathematics, and Business Statistics as one of the optional topics in the qualifying exam.
  • Minimum Marks: Candidates should have obtained 50% marks. 45% marks for SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka state.

For MCA Lateral Entry:

  • Qualifying Exam: Candidates have to qualify a bachelor degree in BCA, B.Sc (IT/Computer Science) from a recognized university.
  • Subjects: Mathematics and Business Statistics are one of the optional questions.
  • Minimum Marks: Candidates should have obtained 50% marks. 45% marks for SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka state.

For M.E/M.Tech/M.Arch:

  • Qualifying Exam: Candidates should have a precise equivalent examination in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • GATE Score: A candidate must have the valid Gate score.
  • Minimum Marks: Candidates should have obtained 50% marks. 45% marks for SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka state.

Karnataka PGCET 2020

The Karnataka PGCET 2020 Examination is conducted through the Karnataka Examination Authority to offer admission to the candidates in MBA/MCA/M.Arch/M.Tech/ME programs at various government/university/private aided and private unaided institutions of Karnataka.
