The applicant should write his/ her name on the reverse side of the Bank Draft. Application forms can also be collected from the College counter in person upon payment of INR 200 in cash.

• Self-attested copies of mark sheets and certificate of the qualifying examination.
• No objection certificate in original from the employer in case the applicant is employed.
• An attested copy of the recent certificate from the competent authority in the case of SC/ST candidate.
• An attested true copy of the recent certificate from the competent authority in case of an orthopedically / physically handicapped candidate.
• An attested copy of the recent certificate from the competent authority in case of a candidate claiming admission against the Ex-servicemen quota and Serving Personnel quota.
• Two self-addressed unstamped envelopes of size 25cm × 10cm.
• Filled-in addressed slips.
