The Allahabad University will be governing the entrance test for admission in to BA LLB(Hons). Those wishing to take admission into BA LLB and many other courses will require to qualify the Law Faculty Admission Test (LFAT) which is held on All India Level authorized by University of Allahabad on the instructions from Bar Council of India which is known by BCI.

LFAT 2019 Admission Process
The admission is given to students only when they have filled the application form through online way visiting the site of Allahabad University.
Step 2: Download LFAT Admit Card
Aspirants may load the LFAT 2019 Admit Card visiting the web page Allahabad University providing the details like application number and date of birth. It contains the important information serving as a proof at the time of exam and without which the permission is not given to taking the exam.
Step 3: Appear for Law Faculty Admission Test
The LFAT exam consists of three papers which students are required to finish in the span of two hours thirty minutes. The maximum marks that they will have to achieve per paper is 100 marks.
Step 4: Check LFAT 2019 Result
Students waiting for the result to be declared should visit the Allahabad University. They may check their marks by enlisting their application number and date of birth on the home page. The merit in law entrance exam is estimated as per student’s performance in three papers.
LFAT 2019 Eligibility
The applicants will require to satisfy the LFAT 2019 Eligibility Criteria if they want to apply to fill the form
- They will have to qualify the 10+2 or 11+1 from a reputed board through Academic Council of the University or must have education qualifications which are needed to be similar to 10+2 or 11+1 courses by BCI (Bar Council of India)
- Have secured below-mentioned aggregate marks in the qualifying examination:

As per University of Allahabad Act, 2005(Act No. 26 of 2005) seats will be available for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and other Backward Classes for all stream
- 15 % of the total seats in each subject will be available for aspirants from under Scheduled Caste (SC)
- 5 % of the total seats in each subject/course will be for those who are under Scheduled Tribe (ST)
- 27 % of the total seats in each subject/course shall be reserved for candidates belonging to Other Backward Caste (OBC) category.
- If the seats available for ST class are not filled, then vacant seats then the seat will be adjusted with seats for SC.
