LSAT Entrance Exam Application Form 2020

Get register your names in university for that candidate have to fill the LSAT 2020 Application Form. Candidates need to fill their personal and educational details in their LSAT Entrance Exam Application. Candidates are informed that their application process for this law entrance exam would not be registered unless and until they pay their complete LSAT application fee.

LSAT Entrance Exam Application Form 2020:

  • Candidates have to fill the Application Form through online mode only.
  • LSAT 2020 Application Form will be released in the third week of November 2019 and will get closed in the second week of May 2020 for the applicants.
  • Candidates have to fill the required details like name, email id, etc. and submit their details. Candidates will verify their email id on clicking the verification link.
  • Candidates have to log in and complete their LSAT 2020 Application Form by filling their personal, educational, and contact details.
  • After making application fee payment and students have to take a print out of the proof of the payment for further use.
  • Candidates must recheck their form, and if there is any mistake, they must correct it before submitting the Application Form.
  • The Application Form that will be received after the due date will be rejected.

Application Fee

  • LSAT Entrance Exam Application Fee For General/OBC category is Rs 500 and for SC/ST candidate is Rs 250.
  • An application fee is non-refundable.

LSAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates have to look at full Eligibility Criteria to enter in LSAT Faculty of Law, Delhi University. Check whether you fulfill standards or not. Candidates can apply who is graduation from a recognized Indian University/Foreign University/Equivalent institution from any stream. Or candidates in the final year of their graduation/post-graduation are eligible to apply for the LSAT entrance exam.

Candidates need to fulfill criteria to secure admission in the LSAT program is as mentioned below:

  • BA-LLB Course: Candidates must be 12th pass from a recognized board/university. Students must have secured a minimum of 45% marks for seeking admission in this course.
  • LLB Course: Candidates must pass a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks.
  • LLM Course: Candidates must pass a three-year or five-year LLB program from a recognized institute/university. Candidates have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the course of LLB, or passing marks may vary as per the institutions.
  • Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply. Students must check the specific age limit specified by the individual colleges they are applying for.

For Integrated law courses:

Qualification test: the student should have scored the 12th Board Review of the CBSE 10+2 Educational System or any other board.
The minimum number of points: the minimum marks required for the qualification exam vary by university. The minimum basic qualifications will be 45%, which is accepted by most universities.

For UG law Courses

Qualification exam: the student must have a degree in any course of any recognized university or college.
The minimum number of points: students must have 45% points on the qualification exam.

For PG Law courses:

Qualification exam: to apply for PG Law courses, students must have completed Integrated Law or Law courses from any recognized university.
The minimum number of points: students must have 45% points.

LSAT Entrance Exam Pattern 2020 

In LSAT Entrance Exam, candidates need to attempt a total of 100 multiple choice questions within 2 hours duration. The question asked will be the objective type of the LSAT Entrance Exam syllabus subject.

From Section English Language & Comprehension, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Reasoning & Analytical Abilities, and Legal Awareness & Aptitude questions will be asked in the paper.

Candidates will be given four marks For every correct answer in the LSAT Entrance Exam, and one target would be deducted for every wrong response.

  • Mode of Exam: The exam will be conducted through offline mode. It will be a pen and paper-based examination.
  • Duration of Exam: The test will be of 2 hours and 20 minutes. For every section, 35 minutes will be provided.

  • Number of Questions: There will be around 92 to 100 questions in the paper.
  • The language of Questions: The entrance exam will be organized in the English language.

LSAT Entrance Exam Syllabus 2020 

In the entrance exam question will be asked from syllabus subjects. All candidates have to well prepare for the exam. From Section English Language & Comprehension, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Reasoning & Analytical Abilities, and Legal Awareness & Aptitude questions will be asked in the paper

Analytical reasoning

Measures the ability to understand a relationship structure and draw logical conclusions about that structure. Candidates will be asked to reason deductively for a set of rules and statements or to describe relationships between people, events, etc.

Logic Reasoning

This section verifies the ability to analyze, complete the arguments, and evaluate critically. The candidate must read and understand a brief passage and then answer a question about it.

Written Comprehension

This section will contain four sets of reading questions. Each section will consist of a selection of reading materials, followed by four to nine questions that assess reading and reasoning skills.

LSAT Entrance Exam 2020 Admit card

LSAT 2020 Admit Card will be released online in the 3rd week of May 2020. Candidates can download the Admit Card after filling the required details, i.e., registration number and password.

Admit cards will contain the details regarding the exam venue, exam time, candidate’s name, roll number, signature, and photograph. It will also contain a set of instructions that candidates have to follow during the exam.

  • All Aspirants have to download the Admit Card to appear for LSAT Entrance Exam.
  • Admit cards can be downloaded from the official website of the exam.
  • The candidate will not be allowed to appear for the exam without their LSAT valid Admit Card.
  • The hall ticket/ admits card of LSAT entrance exam contains the candidate details as well as their exam center address and reporting time.

 LSAT Entrance Exam Result 2020

LSAT 2020 Result will be published in the 2nd week of June 2020. Candidates can download their results online with the help of their roll number or registration number. Results will contain rank and mark secured by the candidates in the examination. Candidates who have appeared for entrance will be able to check their results from the first week of July.

Authority will publish the Result on online mode on the official portal. The result will be shown online as well as it will be displayed on the Notice board of the Admission Committee, Faculty of Law. Candidates are advised to keep print copies of the entrance exam result.

LSAT Entrance Exam Counselling 2020

After the declaration of result, LSAT India 2020 Counselling procedure will start. Candidates will go through the process of counseling for choosing their college/institute and course of their choice. Counseling Procedure will start from the second week of July 2020 in various law colleges individually.

Candidates who are invited have to appear for the LSAT entrance exam counseling process. If candidates didn’t appear at counseling candidates seats would be allowed to another candidate. Before the counseling, all candidates have to fill the Law Centre Option-Cum-Undertaking form. In LSAT counseling round, all candidates have to carry requirements documents.

The admission process will begin after the declaration of the result. Candidates must download the scorecard and apply it to this respective university where they wish to be admitted.
