Maharashtra D.El.Ed 2019 2nd Special Round has been started on 14th to 20th August 2019. The Maharashtra State Council of Educational Research and Training, Pune (MSCERT)is the function in academic authority of the state government school education and sports departments. The Maharashtra D.El.Ed Admission Procedure is conducted through Maharashtra State Council of Educational Research and Training (MSCERT) to provide admission to the aspiring candidates in Two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.Ed or D.El.Ed) for primary teacher. The Department of Higher Education (DHE)is the conducting authority of D.El.Ed examination. At the District Institutes of Education & Training / Self-Financed institutes and other institutions affiliated with the Department of Higher Education, Pune, Maharashtra, the admission will provide to the students.

Maharashtra D.El.Ed Admission Merit List 2019

After the submission of application form and verification completed through authority, the Provisional merit list has been declared on 4th July 2019 on the official website of Maharashtra State Council of Educational Research and Training. The students can check their name mentioned in the merit list after publishing through authority. The counseling procedure will be started after the declaration of Final merit list on 6th July 2019.

Maharashtra D.El.Ed Admission Counseling 2019

The counseling procedure will be conducted through the Department of Higher Education (DHE) and those students will be shortlisted in the merit list, they will be called out for the counseling procedure and it is the last step of admission procedure because in this procedure seats will be allotted to the students in various colleges as per their performance in counseling.

  • The Admission Procedure will Start from 12th July 2019 After the Declaration of Final Merit List.
  • There will be three Rounds of Admission for Candidates on these dates i.e 7th, 13th & 20th July 2019.
  • First of all, Students have to register themselves for a counseling session and fill their choices in the choice filling form and lock it.
  • The shortlisted students have to check the counseling schedule from the official website of DHE, Maharashtra, Pune.
  • After that, on the provided schedule, students have to visit at the counseling center as they have got through authority.
  • There will be a document submitting process and then, the students will be allotted in the college of their choice as per their performance.
  • They have to pay the first admission fee after allotment and they can start their academic session on the given date through authority.

Documents to carry at the time of Counseling

At the time of the counseling center, candidates should have to carry the required documents and details are

  • Downloaded Online Application Form.
  • Entrance Test Admit Card / Counseling Intimation Letter
  • Downloaded Intimation Letter for Counselling.
  • All Certificates and Mark-Sheets in
  • Certificate issued by the Headmaster of the School to the effect that he/she has passed High School Certificate Examination / Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (HSCE).
  • Residential Certificate (RC) issued by Tehsildar / Additional Tehsildar.
  • Latest Caste Certificate (LCC) in case of SC, ST and SEBC Candidates, by virtue of Birth. OBC Certificate shall not be considered.
  • Physically Handicapped Certificate (PHC) in case of Physically Handicapped Candidates (PHCs).
  • Ex-Service Man Certificate (ESMC) in case of Son / Unmarried Daughter / Spouse issued by the Competent Authority.
  • Green Card in case of a Green Card Holder (GHC).
  • Admission Fee
  • Placement Letter supplied to the Candidate at the time of Counselling.
  • CLC in Original.
  • Conduct Certificate in
  • Two Recent Passport / Stamp-size Photographs.

Maharashtra D.El.Ed Admission Application Form 2019

The Department of Higher Education (DHE) conducts the Maharashtra D.El.Ed Entrance Test to provide admission to the students in D.El.Ed course and the application form of Maharashtra D.El.Ed Entrance Test will be available on the official website of Maharashtra State Council of Educational Research and Training. Few are the procedure to fill the application form mentioned below.

  • The Maharashtra D.El.Ed Entrance Test Application Form has been available on 31st May 2019.
  • Till 30th June 2019, students can submit the application form with required documents.
  • To fill the application form, students have to visit on the official website of Maharashtra State Council of Educational Research and Training.
  • There will be the application form filling link and by clicking on that link, students have to enter all the correct and complete details in the application form.
  • Students should have to upload the required documents in the application form as mentioned in that.
  • After entering all the details, students have to do confirm checking again and submit it finally.
  • There is no need to take the print out of application form.

Application Fee

After submitting the application form, students have to pay the application fee of Maharashtra D.El.Ed Entrance Test through online or offline mode. The Application fee of this examination is Rs.200 for General Category and OBC Category and Rs.100 for SC/ST category candidates.

  • The online payment can be done through using credit, debit card, and net banking.
  • The offline payment can be done by using a demand draft.

All appearing students must have to check their eligibility criteria before filling the application form and the eligibility criteria have provided below.

  • Appearing Students should be qualified in 10+2 passed or it’s equivalent from a recognized institute.
  • They must have to score a minimum of at least 50% (45% for the Reserved category) in their 10+2
  • There is no age limit to register for the Maharashtra D.El.Ed Exam 2019.

    Is it mandatory to have a residential certificate from Tehisldar to apply for the course?
    And is someone who have studied from other state board eligible to apply for this course?

    Respected sir, मला admission dled ला घ्यायचे होते फॉर्म भरलेला होता पण approve करायचे राहून गेले त्यामुळे ऍडमिशन process मधून बाहेर आहे त्यासाठी काय करावे लागेल pls guide
