MAT 2020: Dec. Session, Result (Declared), Score Card, Counselling Procedure

AIMA UGAT Full formMAT 2020 Dec. Session Result has been Declared on 5th January 2021. The IBT Registration for September Session has been started. Students may apply online and submit fees to appear on MAT 2020. They must provide the correct details on the Application Form. Management Aptitude Test is one of the most prominent management entrance exams held four times a year.

The MAT 2020 Feb. Session Admit Card has been Available on 29th January 2020 for CBT Exam. It is National Level Entrance Exams, the Exams is Conducted By the All India Management Association. Candidates can take Admission after Examination into Management Course likes MBA and PGDM. This Exam is Four-time Conducted in a Year i.e February, May, September, and December Session.

The MAT 2020 Scores will be taken in to account by 600 B-Schools in India. The first MAT 2020 is predicted to be conducted in February 2020. Hence, aspirants who want to enroll in an MBA course at B.Schools will need to qualify for MAT 2020. The aspirants willing to clear MAT 2020 are suggested to first fill the Application Form either online or offline. MAT 2020 Application Form 

They will get the Application Form with MAT booklet issued from AIMA, New Delhi with the submission of the registration fee. The Application Form must be completed with correct details which include the scanned image of signature and photograph. After some days, they will need to check their application status.

  • MAT 2020 Dec. Session Registration has been started on 7th December 2020.
  • Candidates can be filled the Application Form till 23rd December 2020 for CBT Exam.
  • The MAT 2020 application process comprises registration, fee payment, and filling up the Application Form. Hence aspirants must register to take the MAT 2020 The application process will be completed in a few minutes.
  • The aspirants must read the instructions carefully, accept the declaration, and proceed.
  • Candidates have to upload their scanned photograph (40 to 100 kb) and signature (10 to 40 kb) at the time of uploading during the application process.
  • Ensure you enter the correct details, verify it before you click on the submit button. After you provided the details, they can’t be modified data once they came on the page. Keep the print copy of the confirmation page for admission procedures.

Application Fee

Candidate can opt for both the tests i.e. PBT and CBT by paying an extra fee of 1100/- in addition to 1550/-. which is submitted by credit card, debit card, net banking, and demand draft. The students will have to send the completed form with a demand draft to AIMA, New Delhi.

The application fee for both (PBT and CBT) exam is mentioned below:

  • For the paper-based test, the fee will be Rs. 1550/-.
  • For the computer-based test, the fee will be Rs. 1550/-.
  • For both PBT and CBT exam fee will be Rs. 2650/-.

Mode of Payment: The application fee of MAT 2020 can be paid in online mode via debit card, credit card, or net banking.

MAT 2021

The MAT 2021 Examination is managed by the All India Management Association (AIMS) to offer admission to the applicants in MBA and allied programs. In the various affiliated colleges of All India Management Association (AIMS), the admission will offer to the candidates. The MAT 2021 Application Form will be provided from 1st week of December to the 1st week of February 2021.

MAT 2020 Eligibility criteria 

Candidate must register for all students to ensure their eligibility before applying MAT 2020 exam. The exam body has determined some set of conditions that candidates have to fulfill to take the entrance examination. The aspirants must check the thorough details on MAT eligibility criteria 2020.

Qualification criteria: Aspirants should be completed graduation in any course.

There is no allocation of age criteria.

  • Qualification: Candidates should have a graduation degree from any recognized university or equivalent.
  • Age Criteria: There will be no age limit criteria considered to apply for the exam.
  • Maximum Attempts: There will be no attempt limits for MAT.
  • Appearing Candidates: Candidates who are appearing in their final year of graduation can also apply for this exam.

MAT 2020 Exam Pattern

The aspirants may choose the mode of Examination-online and offline. The questions will attend 200 items which are distributed into five parts. These five components include- Language Comprehension, Mathematical Skills, Data Analysis and Sufficiency, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning, and Indian and Global Environment.

Each part will consist of 40 questions. The test will have a duration of two hours and thirty minutes. They will get one mark for the correct answer, and 0.25 marks will be deducted for incorrect answers. It will take 15 minutes for the Indian and Global Environmental and language Comprehension and Intelligence and Critical Reasoning; it will take 30 minutes.

Language Comprehension

This section will be based on the topics, i.e., English grammar, synonyms, antonyms, reading comprehension, sentence completion, sentence corrections, different usage of the same words, one-word substitutions, fill in the blanks, etc.

Mathematical Skill

This section will include questions from time and work, percentage, simple compound interest, profit and loss, number system, trigonometry, height and distance, LCM and HCF, ratio proportions, clock calendars, time speed and distance, partnership, etc.

Data Analysis and Sufficiency

In this section, important topics will be data sufficiency, Venn diagram, charts, i.e., column, bar, pie, line graph, puzzles, pie chart, data comparison, bar charts and data tables, etc.

Intelligence and Critical Reasoning

Logical Reasoning will be based on the topics, i.e., the course of actions, family trees, blood relations, numeric grid, pie chart, calendar, critical reasoning, multi-dimensional arrangement, syllogism, column graph, critical reasoning, series, visual reasoning, etc.

Indian Global Environment

This section will contain questions based on current affairs and the latest news and other topics like world records, business, books and authors, history, social issues, geography, finance, automobiles, politics, famous awards, and price, etc.

MAT 2020 Preparation Tips

  • Set a schedule/table so that each topic is covered during preparation.
  • Try to devote most of your time to personal study. This will help you get good grades.
  • Practice false documents or solve previous exams as much as possible in a short period. This will increase your problem resolution speed.
  • The revision is very necessary, therefore, assign your last 2 or 3 days only for the review.
  • Be confident when preparing for the test and also take care of your health.

MAT 2020 Admit Card

MAT 2020 Admit Card for IBT Exams has been released on 24th August 2020. The exam body will issue the MAT 2020 Admit Card to applicants before the beginning of the exam. It will be available in online mode, via the link provided as soon as it is released. Aspirants will be able to get the admit card. It contains details about student roll no, name, the address of the examination hall, date & time of the exam, etc.

The September Session Admit Card for PBT Exam will be available on 17th September 2020. The aspirants will require preserving the admit card all through the exam. Students will require to carry the admit card along with the photo ID proof Passport or College Identity at the time of the exam.

Without an admit card, you are not allowed to enter. While downloading the admit card, it will need to get multiple copies of the to admit card suppose, if you have misplaced one, then you can use another copy of the admit card.

MAT 2020 Result

The MAT 2020 Dec. Session Result has been Declared on 5th January 2021. The Result has been published on our website whenever it is announced. After the Result declaration, the merit list will be prepared separately for all the courses.

Keep the printout of the Result & keep it safe till the admission process is not over If candidates want to get their answer sheet evaluation verified, an application in the prescribed perform along with the self-attested unstamped envelope will be sent to any divisional authority within four days of Result announcement.

Through the Result, candidates will be able to know details about the percentile as well as marks secured by the candidates in the examination.

With the help of the Result, the students will be able to know their marks they might be obtained in the exam. Candidates can view and download their scorecards after three weeks from the date of the test. The scorecard will also be sent to each candidate by mail. The MAT scorecard will only be valid for the academic year. MAT 2020 Scorecard will be sent to students by post or email. Candidates can apply for admission in various institutes situated all over India, using the scorecard. Also, students can download their scorecards online by entering their login credentials.

If the candidate loses the scorecard, he can request a duplicate scorecard by asking the AIMA authority. Through MAT Scorecard, applicants can apply for approximately 600 management institutions in India.

MAT 2020 Cut Off

Respective institutes will release MAT 2020 Cut Off after the announcement of the results. Only by cut off marks, various institutions will screen the eligible candidates for admission.MAT cut off will depend on some factors, i.e., total seats, the difficulty level of the exam, the total number of appeared candidates, etc. Cut off will be the minimum marks that students have to obtain in the entrance test to get entry into the institution.

MAT 2020 Counselling

The exam authority will monitor MAT 2020 counseling after the announcement of the Result. The aspirants who have been selected in the merit list will be invited for advice.

They will be chosen as per marks in the entrance test and then will be appearing at Institutions. Each MI consists of a different selection process- personal interviews, group discussion, and written analysis. The final round of selection will be relying on the status of the student in the entrance test and other test sessions.

You can’t take part in the counseling without registration and payment of the counseling fee. They will require attending the seat distribution after verifying their documents and certificates by some seats, the total number of marks, and choice preferred.

Candidates can approach the participating IMs with their scorecards for admission. Applicants must submit an individual application to each of the participating institutions. Each IM has its selection and eligibility criteria to offer admissions.MAT 2020 Counselling will not be done by the All India Management Association (AIMA). Some of the institutes will organize GD and PI rounds, while some will provide a direct entry by marks scored in the test.

The selection process may include rounds of group discussion, personal interview, and written skills test (WAT) depending on the institution. The final admission will be provided based on the candidate’s performance in the entrance examination and other rounds, followed by the verification of the document.
